I rented a box truck. When I got to the location I was told I reserved a cargo van. Then I could not get the vehicles keys. Had to switch to ANOTHER cargo van. I spent half an hour at the location making phone calls, trying to get the keys. Finally got the rental. It was full of dog hair but I Used it. And then, later, I tried to return it for ANOTHER HALF AN HOUR.I had to spend a lot of time on hold waiting for answers. on moving day I wasted a good hour trying to rent and return the truck. I hated it and I'd never do it again.Tammy V.

No one was present at the rental place when I arrived. I had to call to get someone to come to the rental place. This type of arrangement could of worked if I had been informed ahead of time and given the proper instructions. The trailer I rented needs to have its tires balanced. The approval process on the mobile app took quite some time, over 7 minutes this time. The app is sometimes misleading, it will show that there are network connectivity issues even though there are not which is confusing. Otherwise it was great as always!Doug P.
This location does not have anyone on site. The building that is at this site is unattended and an absolute disaster inside. They did not have any of the dolly's or blankets that i asked for. The app said to go to the counter to get the key, but there is no counter to go to so i had to do the live chat to get the code for the lock box which took extra time that I did not have. I should receive a notification if a dolly that I requested is not available. I should not find this out after I get there to pick up the truck. I would have gone to a different location. I was not able to use the online 24/7 because I could get service at the location and uhaul site kept saying my location was not turned on even though it was. It was frustrating. The customer service at the location was great even though I was not supposed to be using it.denise W.

When I arrived, there were no keys in the lock box. I waited for an hour and a half for the owners to show up and give me the keys. Van was a mess. Looked like someone had been using it for landscaping or something. I had to sweep it our before we could even use it. Also the weather stripping was missing and stuffed into the back if the van. Based on this experience we will probably not use uhaul again.Mike B.

The UHaul representative was friendly and helpful. In fact, I'd say I enjoyed just speaking with her. Location was easy to find, though it wasn't the location we asked for...and it was exactly in the opposite direction of our move.Jim F.
The van had uhaul equipment in it leftover from another customer and everything placed in the van was covered in dirt and a sticky goo when I removed it. I waited over 20 minutes before a clerk was available to help me, even with a reservation. The clerk did not take the time to explain the contract, fees or show me where the van was. Have someone on hand at my pickup time and have someone to hookup the trailer and explain how the vehicle is secure. The trip was fine but it would be better to have trucks and trailers available at the same location .seeing as I made this reservation a month in advance thankyou DanDaniel C.

I had originally rented from another location & it was a nightmare. Cheryl has already left for the evening but CAME BACK to get me a truck, when I thought all hope was lost. She went out of her way for me, on her personal time, and made it possible for me to help out a family devastated by fire. She walked me through all the paperwork making sure I wouldn't be surprised by mileage or fees. Cheryl put me in a perfect truck. It still smelled new & was spotless- in the cab & in the box. It was a warm evening, she even turned the AC on while we finished up! I had feared I was not going to be able to pull through for this family, and Cheryl really saved the day! She put a baindaid on my terrible experience with UHaul as a company. While I am still livid from my first attempt, I have nothing but admiration for how deeply dedicated Cheryl is to her, and Uhaul's customers! We need more Cheryl's in this world!!!Kristin R.

Had a very hard time with the Uhual 24/7 app. Delayed my move by about an hour.Oscar D.
The truck was in acceptable condition. The steering wheel is off from center by roughly 15 to 20 degrees when the truck is moving straight ahead - confusing when you are trying to back up using mirrors! The rental location should be condemned. And even though I called to let the attendant know what time I would arrive - 15 minutes after the scheduled pickup time due to an unavoidable delay - we still had to call her to see where she was, and wait another 10 minutes for her to arrive. While I am pleased with my rental experience with UHaul as far as cost and convenience, I will need to find another location from which to rent in the future. I don't plan to go back to Depot Carwash.BRIAN M.

The 24/7 mobile access was a joke. We couldn't pick up our van using our phone as promised despite checking in online and receiving 24/7 confirmation, so we had to call the owner of the location before they were open to have them come down. We got our equipment and left about 20 min after our reservation time because she said my 24/7 reservation was not sent to her. When we dropped the uhaul off we were able to do it through our account dashboard. The problem was that the site kept crashing when I would upload the requested photos. So a return that should have taken 3 min, took us almost 30 min because of the site glitches. It was incredibly frustrating and we will not be using the 24/7 feature in the futureJESSICA R.

Thorough and professional. My only complaint was that when I picked up the truck, snow and ice covered the windshield. There was nothing in the truck with which to scrape it off, so I had to wait for it to defrost enough to clear it with the wipers. It would have been nice if the truck had been ready to go when I got there.Jennifer H.

We dropped off after hours. For some reason though I could not do the drop off section on my app because it said we already dropped off the U-Haul the day before. Customer service was a huge help for us in this situation.Michael S.
I only used the truck for I day yet I was charged for two!!! I returned the truck within 24 hours and informed the manager that the truck was back. She said she would check it in. Not my fault it was checked in late. Please refund my second day charges please and thank you!!!richard G.
