The vehicle had not been cleaned nor was it sanitized. The attendant was also not wearing a mask and poked fun at my concern. I had to share that i was "high risk." We asked if he had anything to clean up the truck and he handed us some bogus spray and napkins. I then attempted to answer the survey we get when we sign off on it and couldn't confirm if it went through or not. And tried to adjust the mileage but that's when the site glitched out. Overall, I'm upset by the whole thing and might have to consider another rental company on my next move. I'm also debating whether or not to post a review.

Don't understand why being charged an after hour fee for drop off when returning a day early and still paid for the extra day rental.

I am glad I had my phone with me to call about returning the truck. There was no sign, or person available to talk to regarding the return. They were all on lunch break somewhere. I found the area because of a sign and some trucks, but no storefront. It all worked, but I felt a bit lost at first.
