The employee had not paperwork regarding the return of our trailer. The lack of professionalism and basic knowledge of the processes are severely lacking. If I could rent a trailer from any other company I would have!

Everything was fine with the service, but I wish I had ordered a truck with a ramp.

rafael C.The equipment was clean enough. However, not well maintained. The trailer had a bad tire which ended up busting in the middle of the highway while we were on the road with my child. One of the wipers was not operating and broke a flew away in the middle of very heavy rain. Both situations we very scary and dangerous. Location personnel were very friendly but the equipment itself lacked quality and safety.

CHARLES C.Close the contract with return is completed. I did not receive an email indicating I had returned trailer until the day it was due. I returned it a day earlier which concerned me because I did not want to be responsible for another charge. The person I talked to seemed a little snotty. He told me twice they knew when I brought it in but did indicate the correct time and date I brought it in.

Daniel C.The gentleman running the business had called me at 11:34 am and asked what time we planned to pick up the trailer. I informed him that our scheduled to time was 1pm. He said that he needed to run to the bank because the bank was closing earlier due to COVID. He left the business before our 1pm appointment advising that he expected to be back before we arrived. We suggested he go ahead and run to the bank as we were not going to be able to make it there any sooner than 12:30. We sent a text message letting him know that we were close to the location so he could be ready for us to pick up the trailer. We received no response. We sat outside of the gate for 10 minutes waiting for him to return. Then, he appeared from inside the locked property. Not sure why it took him so long. No explanation was given. When we saw the trailer, I expressed that it looked awful small. His response was, "That's the only one we have." We took the trailer and it was definitely too small. We were informed prior to reserving a trailer, that the 5x8 size would hold the contents of a 1 bedroom apartment. We couldn't even fit the queen size mattresses in it!! So, we had to frantically track down a larger one. The whole process was a fiasco. Please feel free to read the comments I submitted for the drop off location!
CIARA M.Schedule a pick up at 12:30, but did not get truck until 1, because no one was there to sign it out. This cost me time and money with the movers I hired. The truck also had less than a quarter tank of fuel. Inside of the front windshield was so dirty, that when the sun hit it directly, I couldn't see out of it.

Randal R.The vehicle had not been cleaned nor was it sanitized. The attendant was also not wearing a mask and poked fun at my concern. I had to share that i was "high risk." We asked if he had anything to clean up the truck and he handed us some bogus spray and napkins. I then attempted to answer the survey we get when we sign off on it and couldn't confirm if it went through or not. And tried to adjust the mileage but that's when the site glitched out. Overall, I'm upset by the whole thing and might have to consider another rental company on my next move. I'm also debating whether or not to post a review.

Christopher H.I am glad I had my phone with me to call about returning the truck. There was no sign, or person available to talk to regarding the return. They were all on lunch break somewhere. I found the area because of a sign and some trucks, but no storefront. It all worked, but I felt a bit lost at first.
