The van and the location are great! They were super helpful after the Uhaul App, chatting with Uhaul and trying to call Uhaul all failed Saturday night when I was trying to return my rental.
AARON W.The only thing I can think of would be to start texting/emailing about the pickup process earlier so that the customer doesn't get a bunch od messages while they are driving to pickup the vehicle and can be a little better prepared. Very minor as I thought the experience was wonderful!!
