I was charged for fuel even though I put it exactly back where it was. No fault to the owner I left my storage key and charger in the van and there was no effort to look. Now I'll have to pay a locksmith to remove the cylinder lock on my storageLashawnda C.

They charged me for 2 days of rental fees and insurance though i used for 8 hours and 20min (though i was supposed to use to for 8 hrs). Extra time was for refueling right next Uhaul gas station and doing required paperwork there. Highly disappointed and if i dont recommend U-haul to anyone if this case stays same and dont get resolve.pabitra M.
Am very much disappointed with the service you have provided, I have booked a dolly online but after coming to the location they were saying multiple reasons for non-availability. And U-Haul vehicle is not at all clean and it was smelling very badly. The driver cabin and behind storage was not all clean and am very much disappointed with the service.Yogesh B.

Customer service is not good. Miscellaneous charges in the name of what? Also, where do the Uhaul get their gas from? Mars or Jupiter? Why do they charge double for the gas tank that's already refilled? Why don't you tell customers beforehand about insurance and fuel? I was trying to use my private insurance to avoid your useless insurance and I wasn't provided any chance to give them a proof of my insurance. Also, why do they not provide information for gas refill? If you are gonna charge me twice as much as the regular gas price even after I refilled your gas tank twice to get it to the level it was before renting out, why do we not get a chance to hand over gas receipts to your customer representative? What kind of service is that? Why do you even let everyone rent out uhaul truck outside authorized uhaul rental centers? Looks like you're just hungry for money rather than fulfilling customer needs. You must be thinking you've done a great job letting people rent uhaul from a beer store. It's just bullshit tactics to charge people unnecessarily. Where is the representative from uhaul with a proper uhaul uniform? Who represents uhaul? A beer store or a uhaul employee? Very bad practice! Ripping ordinary people off! it took me almost two hours to get the truck check in while people at my location were waiting to help load for weekend moving. The system at the location or even the mobile on my personal phone did not work to complete the pickup. At the time of return, the bill was not ready and the store manager told me that he has to escalate it to UHAUL to take care of it later. Again spent more than expected time to drop the truck and still left without a clarity on my total charges for the day.Muhammad A.

We were not told that the business opened at 8 am when we put a 6:30 am reservation no one called us so technically we should of been given the guartnee and then when we got there we were told to keep the truck for our full 12 hours, and then the owner called me yelling at me about the time. I really feel like we were ripped off and didn't get what we were promised.Gina W.

Received the trailer in not working conditions. The wire cut for the lights,and lights not working . Took to irving blvd store. The manager tried to repair in the RAIN very helpfull. But unable to fix took to Harry Hines and Nortwest Highway and also tried to fix and eventually just switched the trailer out.(also very helpfull)Jesus B.

The employee working when I dropped off the truck had no idea what to do. I had to wait 20 minutes while he called someone to talk him through it. He was very polite, but not trained and I was in a hurry. The location is primarily a beer store.Mary H.
