I was worried that I would go over miles and wouldn’t be able to return my U-Haul in time. I was told at pick up with the employee KNOWING my reservation was a one way to go ahead and add an extra day and add more miles, that if I didn’t use all the days/miles agreed upon I would get the difference back. Called customer service as I hadn’t received anything back yet, come to find out because my reservation was one way there’s no way for me to get my money back for the days/miles I didn’t use. I ended up spending double what I should have because of the employees at this location, If I would’ve known I would have changed the reservation to drop off at the same place to get my money back.
Gloria SI recently started using this location last year. I go just for the attentiveness, professionalism and customer service. The pricing is always decent & fair. I rented a truck & storage unit effortlessly and will be relocating my items securely to this location. James always makes this an enjoyable experience for my family.
