Called ahead to make sure rental would be ready. Woman at the location barely spoken English. When I arrived had to wait and found out that dolly I reserved was NOT available. They offered to get me one the NEXT day. I would be done the next day. Will be renting from another company if I need to move again. Completely disappointed

When I was in the middle of checking in Mobley my reservation was canceled because the U-Haul representative that made my reservations did not take my credit card information. So A representative named Chris how to drive from Columbus Georgia an hour away just to help me rent a truck. And because my phone is an old android. He helped me out with checking it in. So Then I was able to get the truck. I'm very thankful for Chris helping me out with everything that he didn't go out of his way to come to Hogansville Georgia just to help me receive my truck that I needed to move the things that I did.

Thomas B.The equipment I had reserved, I was told was not available. The pickup took about two hours, due to the lady ( who tried her best ) didn't speak English and had no idea what an utility dolly or tow dolly was. She kept trying to cancel the tow dolly and couldn't understand that I had reserved both and the truck. So it was a chaotic nightmare. The truck was nearly empty if fuel so I had to stop at the gas station as soon as we left, which was a bit overwhelming .She wouldn't give the utility dolly ( that was ON my reservation) without calling uhaul to “ add†it to reservation . Thankfully I was able to speak to the uhaul representative and confirm I'd already paid for said dolly .I will hopefully never need to rent from uhaul again.

Deshbir S.When we went to pick up trailer it was in the ditch and no help to hook the trailer, I have to call someone from the street to help and pay him cash. Trailer was so dirty and stinky inside. When we return next day morning gentleman was same disrespectful and not helpful and didn't even gave us return confirmation. U-Hual please take this location out otherwise it will hurt your business. Thank you, Sam

Robert W.The transmission on the truck was shotty at best the truck had a hard time downshifting do I struggled to slow down. The Car hauler had 1 flat tire and wires showing on the other tire. I had to stop at a U-Haul in Montgomery to get the tires fixed, they took 2 hours to fix the tires because they didn't have them at the location. When I picked the truck up it wasn't swept. Terrible job.
Christian B.I had to drop off the trailer in a random area behind the closed liquor store beside a dumpster. The place has an open sign and a car outside but I never saw anyone. The name UHAUL has is NOT the name on the building.

The truck had a big trailer attached and no one was available to remove it so my elderly father and another customer had to do it. One of the tires was low and we had to go and fill it with air. I paid for a dolly and moving blankets to be included and they were not in there nor could they provide any. The cab of the truck had mud all over the place and drink spills, etc. The back had mud, broken glass, and nails. This was a chaotic and stressful experience. It's nothing like I've experienced with U Haul in the past. This location did not seem to understand their responsibility in the transaction.
