I reserved a location and then got called the next day that my truck was not available. I had to drive further to another location. And then I got told that the other location was not available. The internet connection wasn't working so we had to find a third location. They gave me 20 miles for an inconvenience on their end. The lady told me they were closed on Sunday's so I switched my times for Saturday. I picked up keys Saturday to avoid not being able to pay in person and get the keys. If they were closed Sunday. To come to find out they were not closed Sunday afterwards I looked up the times. So since I picked up keys Saturday and didn't end to even picking up the uhaul for 24 hours. Communication is terrible terrible experience.Kimberly G.
When I looked at my invoice I was charged for an extra day, and I had booked online to have furniture pads but they were none available at this locationRobert S.
The person we interacted with when we returned the uhaul didn't greet us at all. He was basically b.sing with someone else. Possibly another customer but they were not discussing business. We stood there for a good 5 minutes or more before my husband asked if this is where we turn the uhaul in. The man behind the counter said yes and we would get an email in about 5 minutes about the return. We got an email about an hour later.MARY C.

Even though the trailer that was given to me was reported stolen, the customer service for the drop off was able to help me and assured that I would not be liable for the incompetence of the uhaul employees that put me in this situation.Daniel A.

What are you charging me for This person was not there to give me the equipment on time. When he finally got there I went to pick up the items and I couldn't because it was too late to. The truck was so dirty. I talk to several of your employees I was told that a district supervisor would call me back no one ever did. I called back a few days later to see why no one has gotten back to me and was told if I wasn't contacted or charged yet that I wouldn't be so exactly what is going on? The guy card that was used to reserve the truck is very upset his account is overdrawn and he asking me what is going on what is going on and why you taking money out of his account. Uhaul confirmed 9:00 am pickup time. Location was closed and did not open until 10:00. I reserved moving blankets and this place had none. I was told they would provide information on the drop off address and they did not. Very frustrating and wasted a lot of time while I had movers waiting at my home to load the truck.Spencer H.
The place was dark, cramped and strong smell of cigarettes. The person was there alone, busy doing other stuff and was not very helpful or reassuring after I dropped the truck off And I was unable to self return properly. I called uhaul after going home to try to self close out but was unable to because I needed to do that on site where truck was dropped off? It did get closed out 2 days later. Maybe the drop off location rep could explain the close out procedure a little better for those of us that are not knowledgeable with the process after all the uhaul video says it should only take 15 minutes to close out.Larry S.
