Would have been better if the truck was clean before renting out. It was muddy and we had to sweep and mop before loading.

Terrible drop off location and overall terrible end to my uhaul experience. First, I had my drop-off location changed and I was not contacted whatsoever. No email, phone call, or even text. Second, the individual i dropped the uhaul off too did not inspect the truck and just took the keys. It was at a very sketchy location and I did not feel safe. I have asked for a manager call back, compensation, and final receipt in which I have not received anything.

Guy at counter couldn’t be bothered. He asked me to step aside multiple times during the 30 mins I was there to help “a customer”. He handed me the phone to talk to his “boss” who was saved in his phone as “uhaul” multiple times. Finally after 30 mins I gave him a piece of my mind and he promptly got me out the door. I would never ever use this location and have already told multiple people about it. I was a regional manager for enterprise rent a car numerous times and regret not using them.

This interaction was made difficult as the operator of the business that held the key was not able to provide any information to check out the truck. I eventually downloaded the application and did the check out via the application. I was generally pleased with the app performance

The truck was in excellent condition & clean. The pick up location was a bit disorganized and the check in was a bit confusing but then a person on the phone checked me in and this was helpful

Gas was in empty I put $20 worth of gas for and returned the van well above where I got it, I feel ripped off that was not refunded.

The keys should be located where they are indicated as supposed to be. These keys were in the bed of the truck.

I did not like that you had me do this online. The scarlet drive location said it was closed and I was re-dircected to the liquor store.

I rented a 10 foot truck to go across country from my mothers house in California to my house in Alabama. The mileage was estimated and charged 361 miles farther than I needed to go. When I dropped the truck off I was told that any unused miles would go back on my card. After calling the pickup location I was informed that they didn't do refunds and the miles were added incase of a detour. Next time I'll do my own mileage calculation
