It took over 40 minutes to check out even though all info had been entered online before coming in. The clerk went over ever bit of information. They also felt the need to get two emergency contacts. Their ability to use a mouse, keyboard, make copies or understand english is highly questionable. It was the worst experience I've ever had. This location is definitely a black mark for usual and would make me question ever renting a unsullied again.Christopher J.

I booked at this location. because it was close and it was last minute. I need a truck for a few hours . I booked for 4 hours. I had a reservation for 9:30 I got to the location a little late , but when I arrived it was one person who knew nothing about the U-Haul system . She called someone and tried , then someone came in about 11:15am that helped her. I then got the truck left out about 11:35am. I returned the truck within the 4 hours that I booked , No one said that they closed at 1pm nor that they was closed on Sunday. I did hear the lady say that the store was closed on Monday due to the holiday to someone else, but that was me just listening. So it was no one to return the keys to. I tried to call , but no one answered, i came at the google set time and no one was at the the building. I tried to leave a message and didn't get a response . Finally got a call then they act like its my fault, then you call and dont get an answer . I will never rent from this place. If you not getting fingerprints done ,then I wouldnt come to this place.Phaion M.
Issue# 1. I was charged for 3 days when i only rented the truck for 1 day. issue# 2. I was charged for insurance on the truck that i didn't agree too for 3 days. Issue# 3 Truck had a very very bad smell like farm animals had been transported in it and the back of the van was not clean. I will be contacting my credit card company to dispute all the extra charges. I had a 24 hour rental and i brought the truck back within 24 hours.Luqman S.

I rented a 9' cargo van online based on the picture and that it could fit a queen bed. When I got to the rental location they only had the the smaller van. The queen bed only fit by wedging it in and laying it down. This made it impossible to fit everything in. This was a bait-n-switch.Richard D.

I ordered mattress bags as well as bubble paper online at the time of my vehicle reservation. I prepaid only for the supplies. When I arrived to the location not only did they not have my supplies, the clerk told me I didn't pay for them. I'm currently in pursuit of a refund. If you come to this location be sure to call ahead of time to see if they have all items before you purchase from the online inventory.Jasmine B.

when i picked up the van the previous renters contract was still inside so obviously it had not been cleaned despite COVID 19. The agent was not willing to check the cargo van when i returned it stating it was the policy of that location to check it at their convenience and he would sent me a receipt when they were done - most customers would like close the rental when they drop it off!pank P.

This was the worse UHaul experience that I ever had. I had to call customer service twice before I received my equipment. First, the representative refused to use my passport as a second form as verification, stating that his system would only take 2 references to satisfy this request. Only to have the representative confirmed that he should be able to do so. Also, my online pickup was changed to an in person pickup, so I needed up receiving my equipment over 2 hours after my reserved pick up time. This was a mess. And I have been a customer for over 20 years, and never had a bad experience with Uhaul. I was extremely disappointed.Jennifer O.

This location is extremely difficult to find- google maps takes you to 2 miles down the street and apple maps takes you to the opposite side of a giant plaza. The phone system does not work- it goes to automatic message and when you â€œpress 1 to speak to a representativeâ€, nothing happens. Waited in line for over an hour to get serviced. All I had to do was pick up a key. Ridiculous - this is a popular location that needs a LOT of help. There was only one man doing everything from fingerprinting to package services to truck rentals. At least 10 to 15 people in line standing out in the sun. Won't go back.Nanci K.
I went to this location after booking online for pickup and when I arrive there I was telling the agent what I had come there for , and I to show him the papers and he refuse to accept them, other words he was giving a run around like your card is no good, plus you did't rent in Georgia before and they did't take out enough money and and things.Coleman G.

The business was closed and no one answered the phone to help with the location. U-Haul should not use an address that has 50 businesses where the customer has to circle a congested parking lot for an hour and a half looking for where to return the truck, then where to return the key, and then gets charged a $25 cleaning fee! I was not informed that I had to clean the truck before returning! I would recommend that no one use this location! Someone from U-Haul should take a truck over there and try to find this place without any additional info and no one answering the phone to understand my poor experience. Anyone that asks about my poor experience will get this truthful answer!LOUISE O.

Nothing wrong with the truck, except it was dusty. Operator charged me 25.00 for cleaning and 12.00 for gas. Gas gauge was same as where it was when I picked it up. Have receipt for gas purchased at time of return. Operator seems to have padded the costs for his benefit.Clinton W.

We were not contacted by either location to let us know that our pick up location had been changed.
