The person responsible for U-Haul assistanc was not onsite and another person from the other business on the premises had to call her. I had to speak to her over the phone. I was also charged for blankets that I did not receive at the origin location. This was the absolute worst overall experience that I have ever had with U-Haul. I may never use the company again even if I have to go with a more expensive company.
