the problem renting through the app I was there to pick up the truck it took me forever to go through all your endless questions and through all those steps and towards the very end the back of my drivers license would not scan tried calling your company and no answer I tried over and over again and again trying to scan the dam thing so basically I spent an hour there before I was finally able to get the keys Surely there has to be a better wayDaniel J.

Staff did not know enough about the equipment in the truck, they could not explain whether the side mirrors moved or not, or where the 4 way flashers were. The truck was dirty in the front and we were told off by the place where we delivered the truck to clean the front part of the truck. Please train your staff.Mehboob L.

The only issue is/was my reservation was moved to a location 26 mins away. There was a very good reason I pick that location. It was a 15 min walk from where she lived!!!!! It happened to work out, because someone was dropping off the exact vehicle as I was leaving. I went back inside to see if it was avail. It was. Bottom line, have the vehicle at the location requested by the CUSTOMER!!!!Robin L.

The truck was quite dirty and dusty when I picked it up. When I returned it (using the app) it asked if it was clean enough for the next customer. I said no, and then it said I had to pay a $25 cleaning fee....so then I said "yes" because it certainly wasn't my fault it was dirty. I'm guessing this is why it was so dirty when I picked it up. Otherwise, the truck was there. I would suggest not doing the "easy phone pickup" it took us 30 minutes and would have been much easier to speak to someone in person.Lisa B.

Email sent guaranteed truck at 8 am but location opens at 9. We also ordered moving help through uhaul but there was no coordination between the two so the moving help we ordered for 9 am had nothing to do until I got the truck checked out and drove to our residence. Luckily the guys didn't penalize us for the late start even though they didn't have to. It seems like if I order the equipment AND the workers from you, YOU should coordinate time changes. In the end everything was fine but thought this should be mentioned.Richard H.

Very easy to get the truck but compared to orher locations it was kind of isolated and the truck was dirty, fuel to 1/2. Employees were very professiknal and helpfull. I would consider giving some love to the locale and having a paved parking. Overall easy experience but not up to par with uhaul or other large car/truck rental companies standards experience-wiseCHARLES-ERIC D.
I got charged for for fuel twice and I filled it up before I returned it, I shouldn't have even been charged. Please let me know how I can get a refund ASAP! I have pictures of everything.Sebastien A.
