When we ordered the UHaul it was at the Fairlawn location. We wanted to pick up the truck at that location. The truck was there on Friday evening. When we got there to pick it up on Saturday it was gone. We were sent to a Dublin location. We got to the 1st Dublin location and it was not there. The woman there looked up our reservation and sent us to a 2nd Dublin location. When we arrived there it was closed. Finally we got to First Stop Auto location and got our truck. First Stop was very nice to work with however the rest of the experience was awful.JASONCHARLES T.

It had rained very hard and still raining, we had to step into over a inch of water just to get into truck. Truck should have been pulled out to where customers don't have to Wade water to get into equipmentRonnie A.
There was no way I would have ever find the key drop box. No signs or info in my text and it was not near the main building. Only a text from Greg, the area mgr told me where to find it. I hgv ave previously rented many times, both one way and local, but after this horrible, impersonal experience, I am done with UHaul.James W.

Site did not have the moving cart requested. Truck was parked in a very muddy location and difficult to reach. Truck also smelled heavily of second hand smoke. I thought U-Haul vehicles were "no smoking"mark A.
Double check the cab for trash on the floor. Find a more obvious location for the key deposit. Looked around for a while to find it at night.bryan M.

the truck had water bottles in the floor board under the seat which could have rolled under my feet while driving and my checking account was double charged now I'm having to submit a claim with wells fargo since my checking was over drafted. thanks uhaullance B.
Fantastic experience. Truck was in great shape and everything worked well. May need to test interior lights for cargo area, could not get them to turn on. But this could have been our ignorance.Andrea G.
Was told we should have washed and cleaned the vehicle. Was not advised of that when we picked it up. Truck was not dirty and husband was unable to take it to car wash due to physical limitations. Employee said they would "take care of it and charge to back to the originating rental." We were only told to return vehicle with 3/4 tank of gas not that it had to be washed.Deborah C.

The staff was friendly and tried to be helpful, but it took a while to process my rental as they were not familiar with Uhaul's new software. Otherwise, the truck was in great shape and I had no problems. For what it's worth, I had to go to this location because the one nearer to my house was unexpectedly closed despite the Uhaul website saying they were open, and the second closest site did not have the type of truck I wanted. So, for Uhaul in general, I wish there was better coordination between the website and what is actually available at the various locations.JON A.

I originally had service with the White Plains MD location to pick up a truck at 5pm and the location disregard my schedule appointment and left before 5pm causing me to have to pay for extra mileage and very unprofessional. This was rude and very inconsider. I will not be using UHAUL service again. However the waldorf location was able to accomodate my needs.JANET A.
the side mirrors on the truck were so loose that they lost adjustment within 5 minutes of driving. The truck had leaves and dust in it from the previous user. Rental personnel were confused about how to conduct the transaction.
