The wait and person that was needed to assist us was not at the location spent a hour and a half at the location missed my pick up appt (for my furniture pick up) due to owner of establishment being in court. Was giving wrong box number wrong keys were in the box very unprofessional I would never rent from Uhaul again if this is the service we will receive. I was extremely inconvenienced and dismayed at the service.

I tried to use the uhaul app to return the trailer, but it froze on the location information. I called customer support and also emailed pictures to the service email showing I returned the trailer. I have now received a receipt for two additional days charges, even though I haven't even had the original rental receipt sent to me. I tried to email the address on the receipt 1765_GM@uhaul.com. The email was rejected due to “recipient address rejected, address denied.†I tried to call the phone number, 256-403-0979. I got a Verizon message that the person was not accepting calls at this time. Why was I charged for two extra days?

Stanley T.I returned it same day(Sunday). Phone# not working. I arrived some guy was there like he live in the Lil building and couldn't help me at all. He Gave me cell phone #to call “Demetrius†who never answered. I had already put my key in Dropbox. I took pictures of location and truck and left. Went home tried to check vehicle in online and discovered I needed to do from location. It sucks and I still haven't heard from the owner of location Demetrius. Never again!!!!
