I got there right at 5pm and instead of being upset or rushed, he was patient, king and took extra measures (calling another Uhaul location) to verify that I was getting the best possible rate foe me one way rental. I was most impressed. Customer service is now a days so automated; it was refreshing to deal with someone in person and who was also so friendly, patient, and professional. Thank you!!Elaine J.
The pickup location itself was great. However, my original pickup location was elsewhere and I received no notice that it had been moved. I just happened to notice the U-Haul app was showing a new location, despite the U-Haul website stating pickup was taking place at my originally requested pickup location. Confusing.Kraamer R.

I rented a uhaul Friday with less than 1/2 a tank of fuel. I returned the uhaul with a 1/2 a tank of fuel to insure I would not be charged additional. Uhaul should not have charged my credit card $51.98 additional for fuel! PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY!!Dan S.

Your online process is not any faster and extremely irritating. If I had known I needed an alternate contact, and to take all these pictures, which I had already done of my license and myself, when I made the reservation, I would have just gone in to the store.Jennifer K.

I checked out around noon on Saturday. I checked in about 5pm Saturday. The person running the stand was on his way out as I handed them the key and said they would check it in later. They checked it in for Sunday morning. I was charged for a second day. This is the rental fee and the CDW for a total of $29.95 that I was overcharged. I have not received a reply to my email about this yet, but the charge has been processed on my credit card.Nicholas R.

This was just the drop off. I left the keys after hours. This location is who charged me $57. I still have not been refunded and Im not happy. I gave it back empty of gas because I was given it that way. 39 miles at pick up. 42 miles at drop off. Very unhappy.APRIL T.

Location was closed at pickup time, we called number on door and was told that employee had daughter with covid and would arrive soon. Employee arrived with daughter who has covid, no masks for father or daughter. Used drive through to limit contact, very little info given on return rules. UnprofessionalLARRY S.

Not about the location but can you please fix your website???? It took me 7 tries to check-in without the website crashing and 3 times returning the truck. Also, let me use photos from my phone instead of forcing me to take a picture. It's cold outside. If your website it going to crash, I don't want to have to go outside 3 times to take pictures. Horrible experience. Guy did NOT want me to use chains. And within 1 hr of my trip strap was off on one side other side was loose. He tighten them. Horrible job. I was also over charged 88 dollars. Mt quote was 266. I was charged 88 in a separate charge. Totally overcharged. I will never ever use uhaul again.MELANIE G.

Communication was pretty horrible all around. We rented a one way 15 foot truck. I had to call to arrange to find out that the location actually didn't have any 15 foot one way trucks and we were given a 26 foot truck instead. We received a small ($15 discount) by the local store but nothing else was done for this inconvenience. We were not able to get the truck down the driveway and had to use a tractor to haul the furniture down til he driveway to the truck. Since this was a larger truck we also had to put more gas in it when we returned it. Just overall a really disappointing bad experience.JAMES B.

Location was changed by UHaul at the last minute which caused problems since the new location, 20 miles away didn't have the boxes and plastic wrap ordered. We lost an hour on travel and more time time going to a big box store to find the materials we were counting on.Dakin W.

Website is just subpar. Got charged for insurance when on-line, stated did not need any. Spent an hour on the telephone to secure a location that had what I needed. Another hour, with bank card to get rid of insurance charges. They refused to give a receipt of any kind claiming computer problems. A lot to unpack and a lot of room for improvement.Terry W.

This is not an authorized UHaul location, they don't have all of the equipment (blankets ordered etc) that an authorized Uhaul dealer has. That being said, the manager was very helpful and tried to accommodate. Truck was clean and had no issues-the main thing. Fortunately we brought along our own blankets and he was able to find a few more on location. All in all an adequate experience.JEREMY E.
