unhelpful store clerk when returning vehicle. Said return could be done on line..tried to access my account on line..needed pics of truck to upload , had already come back home ..trouble with personal internet connection..called customer service and had a VERY HELPFUL and PLEASANT represenitive named Chris help me..he was GREAT..my experience with U-Haul was good , I would use them again , just not at that location , ever,

The truck smelled horrible. We watched a homeless person get out of it. Even after spraying it. The smell would make you gag. No one seemed to care at pick up or drop off. Doubt full I would use U haul again

The trailer was not properly logged into the system and I was charged an extra day despite returning a day early. I was given the wrong receipt and had to call u-haul multiple times to get it all sorted out and my credit card charges reversed. The problem still hasn't been fixed and I expect a partial refund for all of the inconvenience.

Took 3 attempts to get my basic contract to process with the correct rates. Operator seemed "confused", and had to wait on other customers while I waited. 3 try it did finally process. Was short 1 pad. Got 12 in 2 plastic bags, 6 each. 1 had only 5.

Requested a trailer to where I can pull a bike up onto this was not the case had to struggle to get motorcycle onto trailer was not happy at all I was told that trailer had a ramp

Personnel was veryvrude when asked for help backing up the trailer. He was not knowledgeable about equipment, didn't know how to disconnect the trailer from truck. Wouldn't allow us to leave our car there while unloading uhaul. Refused to check the uhaul back in when we arrived- had to use app.

As a Uhaul customer, I was the lowest priority at this gas station, despite the fact that I filled the tank of the truck right there. Anybody buying gas, cigarettes, beer, or lottery tickets, was served ahead of me, even when they came in long after I did

Me: hi here for the rental . Him: name.. Me: gave name Him: takes care of 7 customers(this is a gas station and convenience store) without a word to me Him: credit card ..... Me : I gave my card on line yesterday.... him: no work that way .... me: ok ..., don’t want to get charged twice .... Him: .................................prints out papers.... throws pen at me while on the phone ...sign.........still on phone hands me keys ... Truck in back.... find number .... Never even asked for my D.L. ........ Very rude and shady .....

I reserved a 15 foot truck for 7 a.m. I was told that it was not being returned until after 9 which was too late for the plans that I had made so I had to take a 10 foot truck. This caused me to have to make an extra trip and cost me an additional $36.

The drop-off is a combination Exxon gas station and U-Haul office. The employee could not come outside and help me park and unhitch. The lot behind the gas station was crowded with trailers and trucks, little room to maneuver. I had to park and unhitch the trailer myself.

Where to start, the customer service was horrific. I ordered a 17’ truck and was told they only had 15’ trucks at there location. The truck was beyond dirty, there was trash and hangers inside the cab and stunk like cigarettes. The passenger seat belt was broken. I will let everyone I know the experience I have had and make sure they go some where else.

I was charged for two days of rental but picked up the truck at 8:00AM on 8/24/18 and returned it at 1:26 PM on 8/24/18. While at the pickup location I lodged a complaint with customer service and was told I would be contacted by a Mr. Paolone within 24 hours. I was never contacted. I have contacted customer service a second time and lodged a second complaint with Cameron, who apologized many times and was very professional. Cameron could not find my initial complaint in the system, so it was never logged in. I am now waiting a second time for a contact from Mr. Paolone to resolve this issue. I am very disappointed with this process and believe you need to allow your customer service representatives to correct issues which are so obviously incorrect. Thank you

There was some type of grease / oil on the bed of the truck, a clear substance. It got on shoes and bottom of furniture and then into my brand new house, on the carpet. I then spent all of last night cleaning brand new carpets.

Only problem I had was the Uhaul system or the station’s internet was down. The service rep was able to get sufficient info and system was working after I returned the truck. No problems, truck worked fine and I was pleased. Will use Uhaul again from this service center.

I reserved a 10’ truck. Only 15’ truck available. Didn’t know this until I showed up at the place. I would have postponed until one became available. We did not do a damage check, ( none offered) but told the clerk there was a chip in the wind shield. He shrugged it off. The place is under going major construction. Trucks were parked all over a muddy, debris strewn lot. The owner wasn’t rude just not helpful in either telling us beforehand about our preferred truck not available or finding us one.

The guy who checked me in was unprofessional and told me I had to drive back to the location to speak to someone else the next day. He was arrogant and uninformed. He could not have been less interested in uhaul.

You can take the dealership away from them they rent from a convenience store I had to wait an hour to get my rental then when I brought it back I had to wait again which caused me to be late then I was charged for another day when my wife walked in to ask questions about the bill the employee at the counter was rude and told her to get the F out bad business I would never patronize this business nor recommend them to anyone

I had a very bad experience with the Snow Hill location. After planning the rental earlier in the week, the location operator forgot the reservation. We were on a tight schedule & tried to get the truck she promised from Pocomoke but while half way to Pocomoke she said the operator was not open. Finally we went to Berlin. The truck was much bigger and required my husband to drive instead of my son. Things worked out but this was not a good experience.

The service was great! The people were the greatest and so patient. Helping an older lady who just lost her husband. They were very kind and helpful to someone who wasn’t very clear spoken at times. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. God bless you!??
