Uhaul Rates and Mileage charges are deceiving and Excessive... 19.95 for Day, + Mileage, ++ Fees in Foothills location is Triple the Expectation and Not Affordable.. And Cost Prohibitive for Customers... including myself in Future. Thank you

The pickup yard was great, no complaint! U-Haul themselves on the otherhand give me very poor service! No phone call was ever received as promised, the estimated charge place on my CC ended up being charged the day of the return and was way too much. I wrote Uhaul and have not heard back yet. The pick up store had no kownledge of the order until I contacted them the day before the pick up! Very poor service all the way around from U-Haul !

I left the truck in front of the store as requested. The key drop box was easily visible and I guess everything went well. I was having difficulty with the self checkout program that may have been due to poor internet signal. I couldn’t complete the transaction online after several attempts, so, I locked the back door, hooked the keys together and placed them inside the drop box. I haven’t heard back from Uhaul staff and have been too busy remodeling and moving to call. I’m going to check today to ensure all is fine with the return.

Staff was awesome and super helpful! The only issues I had were with the uhaul website trying to return the vehicle after hours. The site would not accept the photos I would try to upload. After trying to upload, the site would automatically go back to the Home Screen. Overall though, great!

Very nice “down home” ambiance. A very patient staff. “No rush, . “No worries”, yet professional. Have some coffee, and restroom available.
