I was double charged. I filled the tank back up and when I returned the key the gentleman in charge wasn't there. I was told that I would receive an emailed receipt and when I received it the amount was doubled and I was charged for fuel. I called to complain and was told to call corporate. I didn't like that this location was the only location who had the size truck I needed it took me out of my way traveling to and from this location which count towards your mileage. I would've really preferred a location that was much closer than this locationLETITA S.

They was a very good experience they was open to dropping off and picking up the truck. And i didn't have to rush back but i get it back early and the price was adjusted and that was really good with the pandemicMARTELL J.

AJ at this Gas Depot location deserves high marks for his professionalism However the final receipt was emailed to me and I was not able to open the file Personally I don't think it was his fault it was a PNG file & from a customers point of view I think a PDF format would be more suitable for our needs and easier to access I'm requesting from you now that I can be sent a copy of my final receipt in a PDF format please for my records because I have not been able to review my final transaction as of yetKELLY ANN M.

The hours on the U-Haul website stated 4pm. I called at 2:30 to verify and the gentleman told me the hours were wrong today, he needed to leave at 3. I explained the hours on the website and he agreed to stay at the location until 3:30 after much back and forth and was just extremely rude. When my wife and her father arrived to pick up the trailer at 3:20, he continued being rude being sure to let them know how much of a favor he was doing for them by not having left yet since he was supposed to leave at 3. It's rather impossible to make plans correctly if the hours from location to location are not going to be honored and I find it difficult to believe that this gas station has all this U-Haul equipment and only one guy who can process the rentals.Adam S.

There was no drop box on site to leave my keys in when dropping off my truck. I asked the gas station attendant about the location of this box, and i was only met with confusion. After calling UHaul and talking to 3 different people, i was finally instructed to leave my keys under the passenger seat and leave the driver side door open. This made my nervous, since i was responsible for this vehicle, but was ready to be done with my long day & UHaul experience.Daniel L.
