The truck was not maintained. The steering has a lot of play and would not drive straight. Constantly had to a steering wheel to keep truck in the lane. The side mirrors are very loose. When driving the wind would cause the mirrors to rotate. Every time I stopped, I had to roll the window down and readjust the mirrors. Windshield washer sprayer on drivers side doesn't work. Unable to clean windshield.

Went to turn truck in around 2, app did not work again, kept asking me to retake pic of odometer. Looked at sample, took it several times, numbers were clear, but kept rejecting. Finally gave up and went to office but office not open. Sign said back at 3. Locked truck and left keys in the box hoping that was fine. For the app not to work either pick up or drop off was frustrating.

Not a complaint against the store itself, but the reservation process. I reserved a dolly specifically from this location and upon arrival, no dolly was provided. I ended up spending almost $25 arranging another dolly and wasted over an hour dealing with it. Completely unreasonable. Don't promise a dolly if you can't supply one.

The truck was not clean. I did not check the back of the truck prior to leaving but when open the back to begin loading it had food and few items left from a prior rental. It also had a furniture dolly and about 10 furniture pads in it that I did not order. Those items just ended up being in my way and taking up in the truck.

My pick up location was changed 3 times, I was unsure I would even have a truck until I hit there to pick up morning of. I made a reservation weeks ahead. I also reserved moving Joan keys and a dolly, neither of which were available.

The location that I picked up from was great. The people were kind and the place was clean. The truck however was terrible. The A/c did not work and the truck was like sitting in an ashtray. I did not know that smoking was allowed or I would have tried to request non smoking or gone with another company. And to pay that much to rent a quality truck that I assumed would have a/c and having it not work was very disappointing.

We had a pick up scheduled and when we got there the doors were locked and no one there. We waited for an hour past our scheduled pick up before someone finally showed up.

I had to use the 800 number agin for assistance my only suggestion would be to improve the wait times to speak with an agent. You shouldn't have to wait 10 to 15 each time you call

The stores closes at 6 so I ask them how could I return the vehicle,because I need it more time they told me that there was not problem I could just leave It at the store once I was done. They said that there is an option to due the rerun over the phone but that I didn't have to worry about that and if I did it it might charge me more. They told me that they were going to take care of it the next day with out extra charge. Which it was a lie but I found out today after they charge me $20 and went back and check the paperwork. I guess it's pry my fault for signing without reading the agreement first. Anyways I had a really bad experience

When I pick up the truck, fuel was at 3/4 of fuel, I told the clerk on duty and she say she fix it on the system, when I return at the same location with 3/4 of fuel Uhaul charge me for NOT returning it in Full of fuel. Truck was dirty in the in side and in the in side of the box.

I think it would be helpful to have a sign that tells drivers of rental trucks where to go when they return as well as what process they should follow when dropping off the truck. I had to just park in the normal car spot and then knock on the door to get someone to answer my questions as to what I needed to do.

The customer person in this location was not friendly at all, not the way you should treat the customer. Takes long time to get the car, even it was me and her. When i returned the truck, she was trying to charge extra for the gas, even after I gave her receipt indicated that was more than enough for the trip I bought at the gas station next street.

My only complaint would be that I was supposed to put 3/4 gas in to turn in the van and I put a full tank. I think I should be reimbursed for the gas I put in. I always make sure I fill up the tanks she. I rent vehicles. Please contact me if you would be able to do this. Gas to ride in that van was very expensive. Thank you so much
