Make sure there are people there that know what they are doing, my car was damaged while being assisted & or know what they are not supposed to be doing! And to make matters worst the tires started smoking/burning on the auto transport after we drove off. The whole ordeal was just too stressful. Uhaul charges are not cheap, the least they can do is make sure the equipment is operable.

1st my reservation I booked in July in Las vegas was cancelled less then 24 hours before pick up as they stated they didnt have the equipment I needed. I had to drive 2 hours to pickup my equipment. Only to arrive where my truck had been vandalized the gas was siphoned. Took a gas can filled up the tank. Started my two hour commute back to Las Vegas only to notice a heavy feul smell. The person who broke into the gas tank removed a gas seal and I lost about $50 in gas on the freeway before I noticed not to mention the gas I spent to drive there and back. I have filed a customer complaint and was told someone would call me that was 4 days ago!!! They told me and my receipt shows they were going to refund me half of my order since I prepaid I have yet to get a phone call or refund.

I picked the drop off location that was 3 blocks from my new home. Uhaul texted me to drop off 9 miles miles away. Once there, office was open, but nobody there. 20 minutes later employee crawls out the back of another Uhaul truck to check my returned truck. My flip-phone would not work. Kept trying to call friends, but again phone problems. Had to walk the 9 miles back home. I am pissed ! Really pissed ! Yes I'm going to get a new phone, but I'm going to spread this bad Uhaul experience. Did I get my point across that I'M REALLY PISSED OFF?

This comment has no reflection on the Bullhead City personnel due to a computer glitch company wide with UHaul on Sat. Sept 28. I was unable to receive a written receipt of my return of the 5x8 cargo trailer. I left a message with the Las Vegas office that the trailer was returned on time as contracted.

The little lady needs a jack to deal with unhooking trailers. We managed to lift it off, but, it was very heavy for the two of us.

The trailer return was fast and easy. My only complaint is that after I backed the trailer into the parking spot, I had to detach it from the hitch myself.
