Mobile pickup/dropoff at this location was smooth and quick. However, we feel scammed by the overall price - this â€œ$19.99 rentalâ€ ended up costing ~$70Charles F.

The "lock box" where the keys are dropped off is in fact not locked. I had to take a video of me dropping the keys off for evidence. Anybody can come and take the keys away. If I remembered the number lock for the key on top, I would have have locked it in there.Isaac D.

Explain the no contact pick up process more thoroughly. I did not realize that I would have to take pictures of myself, documents, and the rental truck when I went to pick up the truck. I also did not realize I would have to supply alternate contact information, that could/should have been supplied on the initial rental application days earlier. I lost about 20 minutes of my time trying to do all of this in the cold weather.Crystal D.
I love this location as it is super convenient to me. However, the truck that I picked up had some minor damage in various areas and it was unclear as to whether or not this had already been registered by Uhaul so I took pictures just in case. Also, there were some tarps left in the truck that I did not know what to do with so I left them in the truck and took pictures as well upon pickup. Just a bit weird, but overall LOVE the app approach to renting without ever seeing anyone.Tommaso M.

The online experience was not smooth, quick or easy. I find it unusual that even after receiving a confirmation, the entire rental process starts again at pick up when additional alternate contacts must be provided and confirmed. I was very disappointed in the process, online chat support and phone support. I waited 25 minutes to gt someone on the phone eventually just had to finalize things with the customer service people on site..Robert C.

Ensure all the rented items are in the truck for interactionless pickup. I only asked for two items, I needed more but assumed someone would forget or the store would run out, and I still only got 1/2 of the items I paid for. If the store doesn't have it in inventory, don't allow people to rent those items.Sidney C.

After one minute of driving I realized the truck was at 3/4 tank instead of â€œfullâ€ like the representative said it would be. It was too late to turn back and have him look at it, so I continued on. When I filled up the tank before returning the truck I put more in than I used but I still got charged for gas I didn't use. It would be appreciated if you kept a more accurate count on the gas so that you're not charging the wrong people.Aubrey L.

The process for actually picking up the van was ATROCIOUS. It took me OVER AN HOUR from the time I arrived in the parking lot until I left with the van! The website we were pointed to use was incredibly slow, taking 1-2 minutes for each time I had to tap on a button! There were a very high number of steps, with no warning ahead of time how long it would take and how many steps were involved. Several of my photos were "rejected", the page just reloaded without the upload working. Also, several times an error message about the site being "at capacity" appeared. At one point I had to start over! And then, after I had done all of the photos, there was a message about needing to have my rental approved. Why did that happen then? The entire process was just such a mess. I have rented vans plenty of times from U-Haul in the past, in person, and I would do that again without an issue. However, I will NEVER do this 24/7 phone-based rental again and have warned my friends against it as well. PLEASE invest in better systems that work correctly and have a more user-friendly experience and have the appropriate capacity levels.Daniel B.

My gas gauge was only at 5/8 of a tank. The app said it was at 3/4. I tried to change that it was only at 5/8, it the camera on the app/checkout website would not work, so I had to accept that there was 3/4 of a tank even though that was not true. I have a picture of ktCONNOR C.
