The cargo area was not swept out. The work regarding the checkout process has been transferred to the customer. It was a time consuming process which the customer should not be burdened with and certainly should not be charged if not completed. I don't look at my phone much and almost missed it. I was not informed that this was my responsibility when renting the truck.Thomas B.

Made a reservation 4 days prior and there was no record of it when I got there. Luckily someone dropped off a van but it was filthy with â€œlow gas alarmâ€ on. I had to put in $5 just to get out of the rental office. I could not use 1/3 of the van space. Therefore I had to make 2 trips. I should not have been charged at all, the office man gave me a credit of $5- I figured it wasn't' his fault so I did not give him a hard time. I have rented cargo vans many times from uhaul- I will sure think twice next time I need one.CHRISTOPH R.

The van apparently needed an oil change. I was always concerned that the engine would seize up. Would suggest ensuring that all preventing maintenance be done on time.Gabriel L.

The truck was due back at 10:12am we got there at 10:30am and was charged an extra full day of rental, plus taxes and insurance and another fee for having driven 22 miles over the allowanceâ€¦ 18 minutes late does not equal a full day (24 hr). Policy or greed..? You decide.!James L.

I made a reservation for 7am and the store was closed. I had to deal with rude guy who gave me attitude about not be able to use the online reservation system so his shortcomings.Oded K.

The rental truck was old The drivers door was damaged and did not close well and the person who checked me out did not reply to my request for a copy of the bill sent to my email on file I asked twice and still did not receive it So if possible can you please honor this request Thank youLouis B.
For 24/7 pick up, enable customer to specify a pick up time that is outside the time the Grab n Go is open. On the website, I was unable to specify 9 am pick up because the Grab n Go does not open until noon. This did not allow me to complete the pick up process.Michael P.

I selected another, more convenient drop off but it was changed to this location without any notification to me. I just happened to realize it when I had to give my husband the address. There was nowhere to park the truck and no one to direct us where to do so.Sara S.

After a very, long hard day we finally dropped this van off at the Grab Grub on route 70. The attendant Jenna was super nice and made paying and checking out really easy. The van was great. This is definitely the way to go.Seungjae L.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I RETURNED THE VEHICLE @ GRUB GRAB N GO &THE REP (JON) REFUSED TO CLOSE THE ACCT. I PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO TAKING THE VEHICLE WHEN I RETURNED THE VEHICLE I WAS INFORMED BY GRAB TO GO REP WHO SAID TWO DAYS OR MORE MINIUMUM B4 HE WOULD CLOSE HE NEEDED TIME TO SPEAK W ANTON BEFORE HE WOULD CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. BE AWARE THEY WERE IN RECEIPT OF THE VEHICLE. REP SAID HE NEEDED TIME TO SETTLE THINGS. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TIMELY, SAME GAS, NO ACCIDENT. THANK GOD FOR 800 REPS. THEY FORCED THIS LOCATION TO PROPERLY HANDLE / CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. THE REP JON SAID HE WAS SURPRISED HOW PROFESSIONAL I CARRY MYSELF & I'M NOT SURE THAT WAS A COMPLIMENT. THIS LOCATION IS A PREDOMINENTLY WHITE AREA AND I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN. NOT TRYING TO BE SENSITIVE BUT IT SEEMED STRANGE THAT HE WAS SO SURPRISED ABOUT MY CONDUCT. THIS IS NOT A PLACE I WILL EVER RENT FROM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NO ONE RENT FROM THEM EITHER FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAT IS AN ACTUAL UHAUL LOCATION ONLY NOT A STORE THAT RENTS THE U HAUL VEHILCES.
