After a very, long hard day we finally dropped this van off at the Grab Grub on route 70. The attendant Jenna was super nice and made paying and checking out really easy. The van was great. This is definitely the way to go.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I RETURNED THE VEHICLE @ GRUB GRAB N GO &THE REP (JON) REFUSED TO CLOSE THE ACCT. I PAID IN FULL PRIOR TO TAKING THE VEHICLE WHEN I RETURNED THE VEHICLE I WAS INFORMED BY GRAB TO GO REP WHO SAID TWO DAYS OR MORE MINIUMUM B4 HE WOULD CLOSE HE NEEDED TIME TO SPEAK W ANTON BEFORE HE WOULD CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. BE AWARE THEY WERE IN RECEIPT OF THE VEHICLE. REP SAID HE NEEDED TIME TO SETTLE THINGS. THE VEHICLE WAS RETURNED TIMELY, SAME GAS, NO ACCIDENT. THANK GOD FOR 800 REPS. THEY FORCED THIS LOCATION TO PROPERLY HANDLE / CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. THE REP JON SAID HE WAS SURPRISED HOW PROFESSIONAL I CARRY MYSELF & I'M NOT SURE THAT WAS A COMPLIMENT. THIS LOCATION IS A PREDOMINENTLY WHITE AREA AND I AM AFRICAN AMERICAN. NOT TRYING TO BE SENSITIVE BUT IT SEEMED STRANGE THAT HE WAS SO SURPRISED ABOUT MY CONDUCT. THIS IS NOT A PLACE I WILL EVER RENT FROM AGAIN AND I SUGGEST NO ONE RENT FROM THEM EITHER FIND A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAT IS AN ACTUAL UHAUL LOCATION ONLY NOT A STORE THAT RENTS THE U HAUL VEHILCES. I RARELY WRITE REVIEWS BUT I THOUGHT THIS ONE MAY HELP OTHERS AVOID THE BAD EXPERIENCE I ENCOUNTERED AT GRUB GRAB N GO …ALL THE BEST TO YOU WHEN SELECTING YOUR UHAUL LOCATION VERY DISSATISFIED CUSTOMER

The Owner and Operator of Grub Grab And Go is going to be a key asset to UHaul. Andrew's personable and caring ways will guarantee I will utilize this location every time I use UHaul. He made me feel at home while I waited for my ride after dropping off my UHaul. I highly recommend making this location more of a regional hub.

I paid for a dolly to move furniture and 10 blankets which I later found out was NOT inside the Uhaul. The guy that I spoke to barely knew anything about the Uhaul in general and my questions were not answers. I had a horrible experience with this pick up location and would NEVER recommend or use Uhaul because of it. I also went through Uhaul to hire two movers for two hours, these guys packed up the truck so poorly - They placed a grill (an outdoor grill) on top of a light gray canvas couch. Upon unpacking the truck, a round rust mark was left on our beautiful couch, ruining it. They packed the TV in last with the screen facing out and nothing protecting it from hitting the Uhaul doors through every bump and ton we would take. All the surfaces of our furniture (coffee table, entry table, antique dresser) were again, not properly packed and came out of the truck with scratches and unrepairable cracks. Horrible experience.

I was charged for an extra day and for “safe mover” coverage that I never agreed to. I was provided no contract or receipt and was told it would be emailed to me. Only to find out that they decided to try and charge me for whatever they could think of. This establishment takes advantage of its customers.

My experience was an absolute nightmare!! First of all from my my Safari application On iPhone It kept giving me errors and after I installed the application on my iPhone I was able to schedule a pick up but unfortunately it's scheduled me for to pick ups. And did not give me the opportunity to cancel the one that was partially completed online although I have never completed that sign-up process. The windshield was cracked on the van that I purchased and I could not see that until I started the van and defrosted the window because it was covered with Frost. I was forced to stand out in the cold weather 24° trying to upload copies of my drivers license and pictures of myself and wait for someone to get around to confirming my identity.. this could've been done the day before when I made the reservation--when they asked me to put in my drivers license information. The application try to say that the gas tank was full and it was not full I was forced to send a picture. I made a reservation to pick up at one location and it change the location for pick up to another location and I had to find the place. There were no documents in the vehicle to supply the state trooper when I got pulled over on the New Jersey.... When I went to return the vehicle the iPhone application was trying to direct me to deliver it back to another location not the place where I picked it up where I had left my car. Needless to say the whole experience was horrible!!
