Their system tried to change my pickup/drop off location twice. The Horizon Equipment Employee was nice and willing to fix the issue on the spot.

Teresa DunivanMechanical issues with truck JH3002..there is a reference case file for area management attached yoy contract. My reservation was interrupted & truck was returned to location at 555pm. Roadside assistance said I would be reimbursed my money for contract..roadside assistance talked to mechanic I sent under carriage pictures no tow truck came out..After talking to roadside assistance, I was told to return truck rental to location I picked it up from... I could not complete my move. A big inconvenience & it was costly to me. Very poor & unsatisfied with communications with U-Haul......... I had Excellent services at Horizon Equipment Rentals..

John CooleyThis location was literally a last minute substitution because my scheduled pickup spot called late the night before to say they would have no trucks of the size I requested due to an accident. New pick up spot was 50 miles away. Other than that inconvenience the experience was as I expected.
David GriffithOnce Again… The overall experience was horrible!!! 1) They attempted to rise our originally quoted price once truck & carrier because they were found at same location. 2) after picking up rentals, the next day while loading, we found the wheel harness cut!! After time consuming repair, and on the road for under an hour, the front left tire on the car carrier lost its threads, and Exploded!! As both the truck and carrier swerved, so did the cars Around me, avoiding tire fragments, and an accident. After immediately existing, we ended up at 5151 N Fork Rd in Elliston VA. While waiting for repair, we had to run the engine while waiting because of the hot weather, so we used about 1/3 tank of our gas. WE LOST A COMPLETE DAY OF WORK, WE WERE ALMOST INVOLVED IN A HORRIFIC CAR ACCIDENT, WE WAISTED TIME AND MONEY, AND ALL WHILE TALKING WITH SOME REPS EXPRESSING THEIR LACK OF CONCERN, OR BEING ON HOLD FOR EXTENDED PERIODS OF TIME!!! We were told we would (Class Action) be reimburse money for the poor service, and faulty equipment. For all of our inconvenience, lost time and money, and while paying close to $600 for the rentals, they said they would reimburse us a whole $50 THAT SHOULD BE EMBARRASSING TO THE U-HAUL BRAND, AND SHOCKING ON SOCIAL MEDIA…$50? YOU SHOULD HAVE INSPECTED YOUR EQUIPMENT PRIOR TO RENTAL. IF YOU DON’T, YOU’RE RISKING LIVES!!!

RUSSELL FARLOWAlthough nice, this place was over 20 miles away from where I originally scheduled my rental. U-haul changed my reservation twice. The second time they changed it was the day before my scheduled reservation. Basically they forced the extra long drive on me. 0 stars.

Teresa DunivanThe facility and employees were great and the trailer was in great shape. My only suggestion would be for the trailer be equipped with some means to raise the coupling other than manual lifting.
