Mike W.Associate Bailey originally told me to bring the truck back at 2 pm. Next day she changed her story then charged me more and stated that she told me 9am, when I know that she didn't. Then charged me extra for it. Supposedly being late, when I in fact was on property at 2pm filling the gas tank and waiting for her to finish with the line of people that were there before me, making it seem like I was late when I wasn't. Then she also charged me extra for fuel when I had filled it up on property and the gauge said full. I don't know what kind of fly by night business you are running, but know that I will never use U-Haul's services again. For what should have been at best a $100.00 to $150.00 - 24 hour truck rental, I was charged $335.00 and told by this associate that it wasn't her problem and that if I wanted to file a complaint, that she was covered, that her General manager would always side with her. Worst service ever, and they will try to rob you blind. I'm already exploring my litigious options with my attorney.

We appreciated the fact that they were able to fix it, but wish a different solution had been offered when we told the store that the tire pressure light was on.

Sandra D.When there is a delay in pickup you can text the customer as well as calling. I had to wait more than 1/2hr. to pickup the truck. Hope this helps

Steve A.We did not realize this location is in a Convenience store so if there is only one cashier, you have to wait to finalize your rental. The manager was very accommodating and gave us an extra day over the phone. I personally prefer a full-service operation.

Christopher M.I reserved the 20-ft truck and had it reserved for multiple weeks I got a call the day before we picked up so there are no trucks available and ultimately my way option was a 15 ft truck which did not hold all the stuff in my house that I was assured it would hold. This affected me closing on my house and I had to make other arrangements cost me thousands of dollars thanks to your inept company
