When there is a delay in pickup you can text the customer as well as calling. I had to wait more than 1/2hr. to pickup the truck. Hope this helpsIshtiaque T.
It was definitely amazing to do everything from my phone! Return was just as easy. I would just let people know that they do have to go inside to the store counter to get keys. Besides that, it was super quick and easy to get on my way.Shelly M.

We did not realize this location is in a Convenience store so if there is only one cashier, you have to wait to finalize your rental. The manager was very accommodating and gave us an extra day over the phone. I personally prefer a full-service operation.Mary G.
It's been years since I rented a U-haul, so I was really pleasantly surprised to see how much the process has evolved! I reserved the 20-ft truck and had it reserved for multiple weeks I got a call the day before we picked up so there are no trucks available and ultimately my way option was a 15 ft truck which did not hold all the stuff in my house that I was assured it would hold. This affected me closing on my house and I had to make other arrangements cost me thousands of dollars thanks to your inept companydaniel S.

While the location was ok the entire pickup and checkout process is Absolutely horrible. It required uhal to call 2 people I know to verify my identity. This is unnecessary and unacceptable. Next time I will not use this service againYury F.
I was charged two times even though I returned the car before the deadline. Some mistake on gas station or U-Haul but either way had to drive back there and figure it out. Now I have to call uhaul for a refound and spend even more of my time. Used a van drove for 13miles and was charged double on everything...Egor M.

I requested to pick up the truck by phone, but the website did not work, so I had to go into the building to talk to an employee. If I had picked it up outside of business hours I would have been unable to pick it up. Additionally, the equipment I requested was not in the truck despite being assured that it would be, and they did not have the dolly that I reserved, so I had to get a different one. Lastly, the way Uhaul measures their trucks is incorrect. I requested a 15' truck but received a 12.5ft truck. I understand that you have the measurements posted online, but what you are doing is misleading your customers. I'm not going to put items on the roof, so the fact that it measures 15' across the roof is useless. You need to stop misleading customers and advertise your trucks based on the length of the floor, which is the actual usable space of the truck. Due to this, I will never rent from Uhaul again and I'm going to encourage others to look elsewhere unless Uhaul changes how they advertise the actual size of their trucks.William C.

Hello everyone. Usually it's not easy to get truck from U-Haul and especially return it(they trying put on you some scratches and dent on truck body's, it's a reason why I'm doing video before and after using a truck) but this place.... Awesome people work at this place. Easy to schedule and purchase truck rent process, same easy process to return, no any "additional" payment. Good job. Thanks.Guzal C.

the automated system for picking up the truck did not work so I had to work with an agent. Also, the blankets I rented came in bags so I did not count them until I got on the jobsite. I was two blankets short and had to come up with an alternative. Otherwise, the rental was great, the agent was great, and would rent from here again.Scott L.

The app didn't work for this transaction. It added 30 minutes of wasted time because just as I was finishing up with picking up the truck, the "login expired " and the app had no way to resume. I just went into the person with the keys and they finished up in their system.Ryan M.
Get rid of or improve the check in process on the App. The rep did not explain the gas policy. The truck had 3/4 of a tank full when I returned from a 30 mile trip I added $10 worth of gas at the Uhaul location (which is a gas station). The gas gauge indicated 3/4 full at that time. I was charged an additional $20 for gas bcause the clerk said it was 7/8 full???!!!! unbelieveable! How am I supposed to know exactly how much gas to add to get to 3/4 of a tank. Its a gas station, why are the tanks not provided full to begin with? Very disappointed.Arlita B.

They charged me for two days when I only had the vehicle for 5.5 hours. I then had to go through a dispute processâ€¦. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!! Don't ever leave without them checking in the truck immediately and handing you a receipt! Better yet, skip UHAUL altogether!! Second location that I've had a terrible experience with!! Definitely looking for a different company to rent from!!Jaime L.
