Don't have low tire pressure warning on so mileage can be seen. Don't charge customer $20 convenience fee because they rented through app but you wanted returned by phone.Joseph H.
The positive is Ms. Kim. She is a kind, wonderful lady and the one bright spot in the experience. The negative is that the truck has not been maintained properly. There were two warning indicators illuminated in the dashboard when I started the vehicle. They remained on the entire trip. Since it was late, we had no options for switching to another vehicle. The technology in the vehicle is outdated. To turn on the interior light, I had to park and open the driver's door. SMHâ€¦Kimberly H.
The uhaul online reservation system allowed me to reserve moving equipment that wasn't available at the location where I picked up the truck. I reserved 2 moving dollys and the location where my truck was for pickup has apparently never carried those. So I had to drive all the way across town to pick those up. This caused me to lose several hours worth of moving time as I had to wait for that location to open in the first place. The truck that I rented also reeked of cigarette smoke.Philip S.

Renter beware!! Truck had not been cleaned when it was picked up. Cleaning fee was added on to the bill when we had to sweep out the back of the truck and turned it in cleaner than when we picked it up. The low tire indicator came on as soon as we started the truck, and the display showed "service tire monitor system". There was no one to complain to about these issues because there was no one working. Check in was processed thru an app. I would not recommend this UHAUL location to anyone!Carrie S.

It's impossible to get on contact with anyone. I have called because I did a self schedule pick up and they did not include the Dolly that I was charged and paid for which sucked because I was moving a washer and dryer. I have yet to receive a callback and yeah it's only $8 but it's the hassle of having to move heavy equipment without the Dolly but still have to pay for itLatasha J.

U-Haul graciously asked me for a review. However, they NEVER sent me a reservation confirmation or receipt. The app for dropping off the rental after hours was decent. Except that when the pricing and passcode for the key drop off appeared, it stayed on screen for less than 10 seconds. Not long enough to screen shot or memorize the passcode. And NO email with the receipt was received. And there is nowhere in the app that I can find a receipt. In this age of online business, this is a HUGE failure.CHERIE C.

I did not make my reservation for this location and was never informed that it had been moved here until I showed up this morning at my originally requested location only to find out I had to drive across town to get the van I needed. I rated the location just fine, but Uhaul's overall service was poor.Scott D.

The outside of the van was filthy but the inside was ok. The process to reserve and rent was lengthy and redundant. The agent at the location asked lots of the same questions I had already answered as part of my reservation. She did no know you could add an additional driver. We were not allowed access inside the office without a mask but there was another employee that came in smoking with no mask on.Cathy W.

The location and service rep were great, however, the uhaul was NOT great. The gas gauge is broken and would not register the amount of gasoline we put into the tank and therefore we overpaid by 3x what we should have for the usage. Were an active duty military family who live and work in a community with lots of others who move frequently. We will not be recommending this location or its uhaul. Fix your truck and its gas gauge!!!!!!!!Brian K.

When I arrived to drop off the truck, there wasn't any clear information on where to drop the truck off. There was only 1 car parking spot and the truck wouldn't fit there. The area wasn't well lit. The next day when I went to sort things out, the lady that helped was very helpful and we got things straightened out quickly.JD C.

This location was closed when I arrived. It also wasn't my preferred location to pick up my truck (I specified a location then it what changed without any other notification aside from one email). I purposefully picked the location I did because they were open later. I prefer to deal with a human rather than an app. Although the 5 or so humans I did deal with while I had the truck were almost as unhelpful as the app was. I was very displeased by the service I received from all but one Uhaul employees that I dealt with. I was given terrible service & will never use Uhaul again for any moves that I have in the future.Megan E.
