I never signed up for Collision damage Insurance in the past as well as this time. However, the person at the store told me I was good to go without checking total price or what was included. He told me to just go if I got the contract email notice. I feel like I have been tricked and I plan to put google review as well as escalate this issue further if no appropriate response is made from the companyYOON-GOO N.

Poor customer service, location showed open till 9pm but had altered hours and closed at 6pm. I booked online and when I arrived at location it was closed. Live chat with uhaul said location is open despite me standing in front of the store which was closed. Waited 2 hours for uhaul customer service phone which didn't attend and live chat gave me the number. Finally ended up calling the location cell phone ( curb side delivery number) then they came and gave me the key Tedious experience. Car itself was new and cleanMuhammad K.
I rented a trolley with my truck online, and it was not provided to be upon pick up. I was told to fill the tank over the 1/4 mark upon return, as the customer before me who rented the truck did not fill the tank before he dropped it off. I was promised if I do so, my gas would be reimbursed, and it was not.WHITNEY G.

The login and application approval process for retrieving the truck was extremely choppy and disjointed. The lock box was a nightmare to deal with because of the temperature. Everything involved in getting the truck so I could use it for my actual move was an absolute disaster. Largely disappointed by the sign up process.Nathan C.

We arranged for a movie truck on December 30th for 2 days. Our uhaul location gave away our vehicle and sent us to another location 25 minutes away. We picked up our truck which was muddy and not cleaned. During our move, we received a phone call from the uhaul location demanding that we return the vehicle by 6pm. This was a shock as we rented the vehicle for 2 days. The location said the order from our original location indicated 1 day. Therefore, we moved tirelessly for 30 hours straight and returned the vehicle and refueled the truck. The invoice then charged us an extra $24 for a refuelling fee. I asked the location why we were charged and he said the level was slightly less than it was when we picked it up which was not true at all. He told us to contact uhaul customer service to rectify the situation. We are not happy with our experience and would like a call back to discuss this further.SUMEETH S.

I had booked a the Dolly and a moving truck about 3 days ago booking online and went to the location to pick it up. They said they don't have the dolly and I have to only take the Uhal truck. My question is that how I am able to book it online and the location don't have the dolly. Might not use Uhal again if Uhal don't get their act together. It was a bit challenging to find the actual store to pick up and return the key. The Majestic City, where ITEC is located, is a confusing place. Having said that, once we found the store, the gentleman who served us was polite, friendly and helpful. It was good to have a lot of parking at the location.KERRYDENISE M.
This location is terrible. The agent is unprofessional and not helpful. My booking included a furniture dolly which was confirmed as available on the phone, only to not find it available at the location when I went to pickup. The location is supposed to close at 9 PM, which I confirmed with the agent when I picked up the truck however, when I went to return the truck at 8:20 PM, the location was already closed. Note; the location is 60 KM away from where I had to go back home. The agent at the location told me that the rental includes 100 KM, however when I returned the truck, I was charged too much. I tried contacting uhaul customer support, but I was put on hold for 40 minutes before the call disconnected!!! I am very unhappy.GALALMA H.

You can remove your Android app from the Google Play Store. It doesn't work and caused me more problems than actually making my life easier. I tried using the app on two different Android devices that morning and it did not work. Had to use my mobile web browser. Please remove your app from the Google Play Store.Kuo Hsiang K.

Unbelievably poor service! Such a huge company, known, if not only Canada-wide, maybe even worldwide, providing with such a awful customer support as well as standard services - is a shame. Long story short: Self pick up / Truck share has been scheduled for 10p.m. - we showed 10 minutes prior, tried proceeding with the PICK UP MY TRUCK option as per instructions - no luck, specifically literally no option to proceed any further than that tab. Okay, we wait till 10p.m, hoping that the service will work once the time comes. Same thing. We dial 2 different numbers of UHAUL expecting for at least one of them to be picked up in a timely manner. Both on hold for 50+ minutes. Once the first one got picked up - they heard me out and literally transferred to a different line with an additional hold of 20 minutes. All in all our reservation expired by then - no wonder. They picked up after 11pm tried to help with no luck. We contacted their online chat support - they returned the call saying that the location we're at doesn't have any trucks available. The location, by the way, hasn't been picked by us, they offered it days before this occurred.... Sending us for a different truck type 25KM away. 25!!! 11:30p.m. Does that sound okay to anyone ? Their website is a total joke. Our reservation has been amended multiple times after our call... with no certainty we went there to pick up the truck at the different location. Not to mention it took about 15-20 minutes for them to approve our license plate that's been submitted DAYS prior to the pick up. Isn't it the matter of comparing the initially given with exact same thing additionally provided.... Anyways, totally disappointed, totally do not recommend. I am very generous with compliments when they're deserved, trust me, that's not the case!Marian P.
truck still had debris in it from prev rentals. Was advised during pick up that appliance dolly wasn't avail, but regular dolly would be in the truck, but wasn't. I have filled gas to the level when I returned my vehicle. Have taken picture Of dashboard after drop of the vehicle. And I don't know why I have charged fuel charge on my credit card which in unfair to me. The transmission is in bad condition it only reeves up does not move smoothly and I don't believe for within 40 miles of driving the vehicle need $33 worth of gas.Mervin T.

First, reserved me to the wrong schedule. I was booked the van at 11am, The worker at phone made the mistake put me to 11pm. When I went to the 109 bulklock location, the store was closed. Then the customer service changed my reservation to the other location which was further from my house. That cause me more kilo maters and gas charged!! Second! The worker who worked at the store was not professional at all! She was talked at phone during serviced me at the same time. When I opened the Cargo Van doors, VERY DIRTY! SMELL LIKE ANIMALS IN IT, FULL OF MUD AND GRASS. I was using the VAN TO MOVE MY FURNITURE AND MATTRESS. Third! I was so shock that U- HAUL CHARGED ME 30 DOLLARS CLEANING FEES BECAUSE I AM THE LAST CUSTOMER WHOM USED THE VAN, AND SUPPER DIRTY! U-HAUL! I am not the first time customer, very nice customer you have never had. Please check my depart location and the destination, and the time limit that you will know . I have witness to proof the van was dirty before I used it. and DISCHARGED THAT CRAZY $30 CLEANING FEE FROM ME!! OTHERWISE I will go to dispute this issue!xiao R.

Remove this place from the Uhaul list of locations. This is just a parking lot, building is under construction, so there is no key drop off box, no person to answer. Unsuccessfully spent over hour or so to locate the store front and to reconfirm the location with the U haul call center. Call center waiting time was over 30 mins or so. Terrible u haul experience. Poor service overall by Uhaul.Bala P.
