I want to thank the owner of J & J as he way beyond expectations by coming in on a Sunday when they were normally closed to allow us to pick up a trailer when our plans changed and I couldn't make it in time to pick up on Saturday. Thank you very much!!!!!!!

When we dropped off truck the employee handed my husband a broom and told to sweep it out which my husband had already done We told him we left more gas in the truck than what was left us and employee was very rude about the whole situation. Think twice about using them again...

When I returned the truck I saw it had been marked out with 7/8 tsnk of gas. It had 5/8. I did not look at pickup, but my helper commented on it as we drove north of town. Cost me $25 more for gas that was never in it. :(

Your advertisement said I would be contacted the day before pickup or I would be refunded $50 dollars. I was not contacted and had to call the location myself to check on my reservation and pickup information. Will I be refunded the $50 dollars? R/S

Rented a Auto Hauler Trailer. The straps do not fit truck tires. I had to purchase extra ratchet straps to make it work.

It’s hard to tell how much gas to put in to bring it back to where it was upon getting the vehicle. Need a more specific method, perhaps? Great service though! Thanks

They should come out and receive the equipment and inspect it and give you a receipt. I waited a long time for some one to come out and disconnect the equipment after they said that some one was coming to receive the equipment and no body ever came i had to unhook and put it away by my self.

I understand that weather can make windshields dirty, but when I turned on the window cleaner and wipers, the mud was so thick you couldn't see out of the windshield. When I asked when they would get more mattress covers, I was told the manager would order them when he felt like it. Amazon sent them within 2 days. Service in Alamosa does not begin to compare with the service and attitude in Denver.

We asked when we called, they didn't have a 2 5/16 trailer ball. We went big R to get ball and when we got there, they did have one. The four prong would not match, so needed adapter. Bought it there $16. We could not use it and there for took back for money back...they only take back unused boxes. I think that is piddley ass. Uhaul has gone down hill, this is just an example of crappy service. Will only tell of this example to others who ask me... should have reimbursed the $16....
