It’s hard to tell how much gas to put in to bring it back to where it was upon getting the vehicle. Need a more specific method, perhaps? Great service though! Thanks

They should come out and receive the equipment and inspect it and give you a receipt. I waited a long time for some one to come out and disconnect the equipment after they said that some one was coming to receive the equipment and no body ever came i had to unhook and put it away by my self.

I understand that weather can make windshields dirty, but when I turned on the window cleaner and wipers, the mud was so thick you couldn't see out of the windshield. When I asked when they would get more mattress covers, I was told the manager would order them when he felt like it. Amazon sent them within 2 days. Service in Alamosa does not begin to compare with the service and attitude in Denver.

We asked when we called, they didn't have a 2 5/16 trailer ball. We went big R to get ball and when we got there, they did have one. The four prong would not match, so needed adapter. Bought it there $16. We could not use it and there for took back for money back...they only take back unused boxes. I think that is piddley ass. Uhaul has gone down hill, this is just an example of crappy service. Will only tell of this example to others who ask me... should have reimbursed the $16....

Rented a dolly for a day got charged twice upon return of dolly they should have told me before hand I need to call the location and see why they charged me twice

I attempted to do a self pick-up, but the combination I was given for the key was incorrect and delayed me by several hours. This resulted in me needing the truck for longer and spending more.

The overall experience was very good and the equipment was exactly what I needed. My only recommendation is to higher more desk staff as the two ladies were far too busy and needed a break. They simply had too many job duties to be as effective as they could be.

A very good experience. Fairly new clean Ford truck. It ran great. It was ready on time and the drop off was easy. The only problem was that some idiot put a decal reading "Speed Kills - slow down and live" right over the top of the speed odometer so that I could not read it above 40 mph or below 75 mph. At the first rest stop I used my pocket knife to peel it off.

The pick-up location was not what was agreed too!! It was not even in the same county and 100 miles round trip, three hours out of our way, and no help from the agreed site, nor the pick-up location. Local and National phone numbers were computer voice sources and NO HELP to answer problems when needed. I will NEVER use this Co. angina and warn future customers to be AWARE of dealing with this CO.

The lights were not working on the trailer. The service tech noticed it before we left the parking lot, and said he fixed it, but within a day of leaving it quit working again. We got pulled over once because of it, but fortunately did not receive a citation. Also, they charged us an additional $150.02 upon returning the trailer, even though our contract clearly indicated the total price, which was pre-paid. The sales clerk even highlighted in yellow what my total cost would be before we left. Then when I returned the trailer, they charged me $150 additional fee. I have been told it will be refunded. But as of yet, it has not been. Everyone at the location was nice, and professional. I am just disappointed that the trailer itself was not in good working order, and I feel take advantage of by the additional fee.
