Cancel this locations contract. 1 there is another (better) location not very far from here.2 this location does not give you the ability to dispute issues with the truck ( damage and wrong mileage). 3 some of the people here are beyond extremely rude. This is a secondary business for this location and U-Haul customers are often asked to step to the side in the middle of setting up the rental so the store customers can be taken care ofKENNETH F.

Well, not sure if possible, but the 6x12 cargo trailer has an extremely heavy tongue - some type of trailer Jack, to lift the tongue, would be great. Fortunately, the fella at my pick up location came out and lifted the tongue for me - he also hooked up everything. Excellent customer service!! I will be renting a U-haul truck late February - I will return to the same U-haul dealer for my rental - hopefully he will have a truck in his yard. Many Thanks, WilliamWILLIAM E.

I recently went to this location to get simple service but that was something that I did not receive. Originally I reserved for the 10' uhual truck but when I got there they informed me that only a 15' truck was available.. The service was poor and rushed.Brandon J.

The drop off location was a package store. There were no signs indicating it was a uhaul location (other than some uhaul trailers). When I dropped off the trailer, I asked inside the packa store if they wanted to check the trailer and ensure that I had returned it and the mover's hand truck in good condition. The man behind the register (Neal shook his head). I then asked if I should bring the movers hand truck inside to keep it from being stolen, and Neal again shook his head. This was a poorly run drop off location, and did not represent uhaul well.scott S.

This is a convenience store with a big adjoining parking lot. No real issues except cashier told me to back up trailer to fence and leave it there. While I had no problem doing this, I did have to do it myself.Jeffrey B.
Convenience store with a few trailers on the lot. Had an issue with my (Installed by U-Haul) hitch and they sent me to the U-haul location about a mile away which QUICKLY resolved the issue. Then back to this location to pick up trailer. Overall not a bad experience.William B.

1st truck offered had excessive worn tires up front. Requested other truck and truck was provided. This location was not the location requested to pick up truck and Auto transport. Auto transport was not available even with a 2 weeks reservation noticeDONALD E.
Better communication needed between the operator and the store clerk. We asked a question and received two different answers and we ended up having to put two cards on file. That caused an inconvinience. However, the clerk was able yo get us on the way. Very easy process and very appreciative of UHauls services. Will most definitely recommend to a friend.jimmy A.

Location was clean but lights wasn't working right on cargo trailer. The lights need to be rewired because the opposite lights would flash. Could of cause me and my family to get into a serious accident.TAMIKA PAM KING W.

No one could help us hook u haul tow dolly to u haul truck. Then I had to strap and secure car to dolly by myself. Employee there said he couldn't help cause he couldn't leave store. Good thing I had a idea how to do it all or I would have been in trouble with no one to help.Brian L.

The folks who run the usual business can be more humanist and respectful.the guy that I rent the truck from was rude and disrespectful. The truck smelled like cigarettes smoke , it was dirty, and the truck was malfunction, with flat tires, unbalance tires. Wasn't maintain. I rent it one way for 3days. It got shaky and off the roadas I push 50 miles . Was very dangerous driving in the dark cross town.YVROSE D.
They did not come out and check the truck I had the rental for two days and they charged me for three. I put fuel in the vehicle where it was when I picked it up and they charged me for fuel. They didn't come out to. Heck the vehicle when I was going or when I returned. These folks took my money. Ok, I get it, supply and demand but charging $2,000 for a 10' truck one way from Keene, NH to Savannah, GA is nothing short of highway robbery and Uhaul should be ashamed to rape people this way. The place was closed when I got there. That's what the store worker told me. But still was able to rent me the trailer. I was told I could rent a ball for my hitch and that didn't happened. I had to buy it from the store for $30 !!!!!!!!!!!!!! What the -hell. That sucks because I have one, just didn't have it with me and now I have another I don't need and I haven't used mine for 8 years. But I still got it and did what I had to do. Still it wasn't so bad. The trailer was excellent and I still saved money. Thank you for what you do.joseph L.

Absolute worst. The guy was not helpful, wouldn't go out and check in the returned equipment, said he would do it later and then had the nerve to tack on a $5.00 cleaning fee when I know for a fact that it was clean because I did it myself! He's a crook. My daughter took several pictures (odometer, tow bar attachment, license plate, the time of day we were there, etc.) so we would have proof of our return - did NOT trust him one bit.PATRICIA T.

Tried to give me a wrecked unit with severed safety chains..I wasted a hour here while he couldn't get the contract correct. Was charged for two days when only used 24 hours. 1st agreed upon destination location refused to take item, 2 uhaul corporate location refused to take item..4 calls to uhaul never got a live person. 3rd location finally accepted return of item. I called the rental phone number of the rental location 4 times before showing up and the phone was never answered. The trucks were parked in a gravel lot next to the convenience store that was the rental office. Truck rental business seemed to be of minor interest to the people running the business. The reservation was for a location that didn't have the trailer I'd reserved, then the address they gave me to the alternative location was wrong, it took me to dead end in a neighborhood. I also had a tire blow out due to a worn out tire that delayed my trip. What a hassle in almost every way.Paul G.

I returned my Uhaul to this location, but the employee told me it was the wrong location. After some debate, he said, â€œOk, you can leave it here.â€ There was a customer there asking other customers for 75 cents so that he could buy a beer. As he was leaving, I saw that he was carrying a gun. I'm glad someone gave him the 75 cents. Overall, it was a little unsettling.Michelle Y.
