The keys were not in the lock. So while I desired non-contact I had to go in and luckily they had a spare. Disappointed.

This location did not have a portable jack to unhook the trailer as did the rental location had to hook it up. An 8' x 12' trailer is difficult to man-handle unhooking.

It was ok but just not a very nice facility. Felt dirty and not well run. However, that being said, I did get a clean nice trailer.

When your customer calls you shortly after taking possession to request help for a truck that won't start, show a desire to assist - even if you must fake it. Don't rush them off the phone with an 800 number to call.

They refused to help me diagnose tailer light connectivity issue because they said it's not worth their time. Told me to go down be street to the other uhaul location. When I went to return the trailer, nobody was around even though their hours stated they would be open.

Truck was dirty and smelled of urine. Food on floor and animal hair in truck seats. Was overcharged $10 for furniture pads which I did not receive. I submitted this feedback to JB Auto and Tire and was not refunded. Nor could I get ahold of anyone when I went there in person to get bill fixed. Please contact me, thank you.

Driver side lights on trailer did not work. No one was at location when I picked this up and there was no way to change to light as the fender was riveted onto the trailer.

My truck started making a loud grinding noise not long into my move. It stopped making the noise so I kept driving but when it started again it locked up and broke down on side of road. It took two hours for a tow truck to show up.

It really wasn't the dealer who was the problem it was the scheduler and the folks I called. Terrible customer service. Too bad you have a monopoly on trailers

We rented the trailer to haul a bed so it would be protected from the weather. Unfortunately, the trailer leaked. A huge pooling of water caused our mattress & box spring to be damaged by water. If you allot damage claims for such an occurrence, it would be appreciated.

I don't appreciate all the switching on pickup and dropoff locations. Especially switching the drop off. You send me an email with the drop off location and when I went there they were out to lunch and not answering the phone number they left. When I happened to check the rental agreement the dropoff had changed and I had driven way out of the way for no reason.

Make sure to ask if the customer knows how to hook up and unhook trailer and how to work the latch. Once I asked I was given good instruction.

I don't like U-Haul's rather new policy to try to say I can't keep the rental trailer or truck for a full 24 hours when that's what I signed up for and that is the daily rate.

We were going to be able to drop off the trailer Monday evening (6/11) after the drop off location's normal business hours. We called the drop off location and they said we could park the trailer next to the others behind their building. We found the location and dropped the trailer. We called Tuesday morning to verify they saw the trailer and had checked it in. They had seen it but had not checked it in yet but they would and we would receive an email once it was checked in. We had not received an email on Wednesday, so we called again to check and they had not checked it in yet. They did complete the check in while on the phone and we did receive the email later Wednesday. It was a concern they had delayed the check in until the day we were to supposed to return the trailer even though we dropped it off 2 days early.
