Make sure you respect client's order. I was baffled to find out at the time of pick up, that this location did not have one of the piece of equipment I had ordered well in advance. While the representative did her level best to find me the said equipment at an alternate location, to my nasty surprise, after waiting for 40mins in line, I was informed the equipment was NOT available at the new location. The level of amateurism is astounding. I am NEVER dealing with Uhaul, nor will recommend clients to use your service!Vimal W.

Marie-Pierre is always so professional, knowledgeable and just plain fun to deal with. I've been to several other locations, but nothing comes close to this location in helping the customer. My 26' truck was double booked, so I was given a 20' truck at a discounted price. The mobile pick up didn't work well for me as I didn't get the truck I needed. I had to do 2 trips and take twice as much time plus use twice as much gas.Dan C.

Dropped off truck at this designated location. I then called this U-Haul location, spoke with a female who said that she is 2 months new to this position. I expressed my negative experience driving across country with a non working windshield washer dispenser. She responded that windshield washer is topped up, however verifying that, the dispenser works is not part of U-Hauls verification process, and the she will make this a necessary step going forward. Having no windshield washer made for a very dangerous driving on wet, slushy, salt and dirt covered winters roads. Was looking for a discount for the inconvenience and the dangerous driving situation due to the non functioning windshield washer. She said that she would look into it and get back to me in reference. Never to be heard from again. Poor Customer service at it's best. Would I recommend, or use U-Haul again, that would be a resounding NO. To provide a better experience to the next Customer - make sure that all functioning equipment on/in your truck is working as it should be, so to provide a safe, and pleasant driving experience.AURELIA P.
Great service, awesome staff, excellent Covid cleaning protocol and I'd like to thank Marie-Pierre for clearing the truck from a heavy snowfall and warming up the truck prior to us arriving. Great service from the location, very satisfied. However, I had multiple problems getting the reservation confirmed for this location via the online system which took a lot of my time to resolve (multiple phone calls to Uhaul Reps. Then other problems came at checkout and errors in my billing. Again not the local Uhaul's fault but system issues.DANIEL J.
