I had no problem with the equipment rental or locations. The billing is deceitful. I specifically declined "safe tow" while reserving but it was added during the confirmation process. Read the emails before finalizing.Roberto E.

I showed up at 2pm because it was supposed to close at 5pm. No one was there! 30 minutes later, I passed by it and someone was unloading sod there.WILLIAM A.

This location was awful. We pulled in and backed up the truck and cargo trailer to an empty spot. The cargo trailer was too heavy to lift off the truck and we had to use a forklift to put it on when we picked it up. We tried to lift it off unsuccessfully. I advised the man at the location that we had have assistance with a forklift to put it on. Although it was a landscaping company, he stated that his forklift did not work and that he had no jack. As we couldn't lift off, we had to hammer the hitch pin out of the hitch and put rocks in front of the tires of the cargo trailer to try and get the cargo trailer off the hitch. This took a substantial amount of time and labor. I am so grateful we didn't mess up our truck. And the cargo trailer was good as well. It was unacceptable to pay over $400 to rent equipment and be treated in such a manner. I will be moving in a month from the storage unit to a home and will NOT be renting from uhaul. This was a horrible experience.CARMEN J.

I reserved and auto transport for an emergency and go there and their auto transport was broken so they did not have one after I reserved it and yall said they had one. Omg. So after waiting for guy to start the computer and then after completing all the paperwork and paid then I am told their auto transport was broken so I wasted about 1 plus hours going there and completing all. Make sure u refund the chargesSUSAN S.

Truck was not available for pick up. Had to contact UHAUL 800# to assist with truck reservation. Pick up time was 830 by the time we got a truck it was past 930.JESSE R.
