The app. was a pain in the BUTT. Had to call and put the 411 in several times, couldn't figure out what some of the questions even wanted. I'd rather carry the stuff by hand than do that again.

Excellent service and information from Justice Auto, Anthony went out of his way to make sure our schedule was met. Very knowledgeable and friendly. Anthony Johnson was a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend this U-Haul location.

I reserved an appliance dolly along with the truck. No dolly was available when I picked up the truck. I was told I could drive to another location to pick it up. I chose this location as it was the closes to my home and I did not want to drive to another location and get charged even more for the extra mileage it would incur. Also, the truck was supposed to be set up to pick up using the online service but this wasn't in place and I had to wait until the correct person showed up that could check out the truck.
