Wonderful hometown customer service. Johnny unhooked the trailer for me which was a huge help. This location is the exact reason I use Uhaul for my moving needs. Tire went flat, don't use Uhaul very often, thought I would just have it fixed at a local tire shop. they could not fix it there policy was the tire had to have a min. tread depth and the tire was under the mon. I plugged it my self to be able to complete my task.Jerry A.

I was going to drop equipment off at Falcon storage but Zakery from JW called and asked me to drive to his location. The location was not well signed, I passed the driveway and had to reverse a long distance. Needs better signage at driveway entrance. Zakery explained they were two weeks new to the business so I'll cut him some slack but it was frustrating to drive 13 miles instead of 3. Zakery was very nice and apologized for the inconvenience.Steve B.
