I swept the back of the truck and had the cab cleaned but I did not fold the freaking moving blankets so they charged me $25. NO WHERE DID IT SAY TO FOLD BLANKETS. They did give me the chance to come back and fold them but I was already 3 hours away.Carolee M.

The lock on the truck was difficult to find and extremely difficult to open! Had to stay on the phone 45 minutes + with customer service rep figuring it all out. Do not do mobile pickup here if you can possibly avoid it!Michael H.

The location that I have reserved did not leave the Truck as agreed. UHaul customer service has very helpfull in finding an alternative location. I had requested a Hand truck, that was NOT in the vehicle when I picked up. On the return process when I choose the option do not agree with charges, the app closed and did not assist me with the last steps of putting the key and locking the door I NEED A REFUND FOR THE HANDTRUCK THAT WAS NOT DELIVEREDAjax M.

When on the phone with U-Haul not k& M and you don't know about the lockbox on the back of truck and you tell them the place is closed and they say (oh I didn't know ) and send you somewhere else and the next person you talk to say oh yes it says right here they are closed BUT you need to do this to get the key. May corporate needs to actually care... I lost half a day with this Oh First I reserved truck at a facility that didn't have a truckNorman B.

I requested a 17' and got a 26'... Which was way more than I needed or could handle to drive. I was told if I wanted a different truck, I would have to reschedule a new day and time. It was costly to drive and I was told there was a 2 Hr window on return time. Due back at 10am, showed up at 1145 and got charged for another entire day rental... Both the pickup and dropoff locations and the people I worked with at both were more than helpful and willing to work with me. However, there was no truck or tow dolly at the location I had requested which required me to make an hour drive out to pick them up late at night. Because of central dispatch's miscommunication and being unable to get the truck and dolly I was paying for where I paid for it, we had to fumble in the dark for another hour getting everything assembled and ready for the move. If it had not been for checking with the original pickup location two days prior would not have been able to pick it up until late Sunday, after all my movers had left. I was told that I would receive a call from central dispatch the day prior to moving, confirming pickup location and time. That call was never received. Also, do not provide pickup times for a location when it is not open. It is deceptive and poor business. Had great service from the private business owners who rent out Uhaul trucks, but do not plan to work with the Uhaul company for future moves.Joshua D.

The truck that we rented did not drive very well. It labored to shit gears and it was empty! I called the location that I rented it from and she said it was very heavy. After we loaded the truck, it had more trouble with transmission. We were never able to get many green bars to save on gas. I need to rent another Uhaul truck but am looking into other possiblities! Would not recommend!rose H.

Location was a little "run down"... Hixson location much nicer from past experience. Attendant's family sitting around in old over-stuffed chair...bathroom dirty. No one explained features of the truck to us...so we drove most of the 126 miles in "tow/haul" mode before we figured out how to turn if off...maybe could have saved gas if this had been pointed out.Rob C.

Truck I drove from Albuquerque to Chattanooga needs work. It was pulling to the right. On a scale of 1-10 it was pulling at a scale of 6.Rodney J.
The windshield was so dirty I had to use a brush to clean it before I could get on the freeway. Before I got two blocks the "bell" told me to tighten the gas cap. The cab was not clean, and there was a hotel receipt in the door pocket for some one in Indiana with their personal information. This goes to shpw no one cleaned it. I was very disappointed. Also, I dropped it off at the closest U-Haul office to the place I went. Was not given a place to drop out. The lady at that office took very good care of that situation. So my experience was not a very good one. Sorry.judy R.
