Fix the address listed on your website. You have the letter â€œOâ€ as the last digit of the address instead of a zero. This results in a GPS sending you to the wrong place.Michael H.
I intended on recommending the U-Haul company after using the service UNTIL the charges were calculated and applied to my account. My moving experience was stressful enough trying to get all my belongings, at gunpoint, grabbing my puppy before that person changed their mind! Returning vehicle following day a bit late (not even 5 hours) does not constitute being charged another 24 hours. I will NOT recommend U-Haul rentals to anyone because of this reason and I feel this was not just or fair.Kimberly H.
Website auto-filled incorrect contact info that I was not able to correct. Also the representative at the pickup location was 1-1/2 hours late for my reservation and could not reach me because the website had the wrong name and phone number. The location didn't open until Noon, I really needed the equipment at 8am. This is the only location that had the trailer I needed -- and they had 3 of them! Why not distribute the other 2 to other locations that have longer hours? Overall kinda frustrating.Gregory K.

The trailer was difficult to pull. I rent this same trailer type (6' x 12') dozes of times per year and am very used to how they perform. This one (#2920?) pulled VERY hard and my truck was forced to continually downshift to pull it with barely 200 lbs of weight inside. My trucks computer normally registers 16MPG when pulling this type of trailer, instead it registered 11MPG for the entire 510 mile trip. That cost me quite a bit of extra money. I do not ever to want to rent this trailer again.John R.

We were charged for a full extra day plus fuel when we returned an hour late (we thought we had gassed up enough before drop off). With the overall payment issues and unnecessary charges we will never use uhaul again nor recommend it to anyone else. The corporate customer service was terrible when we had an issue at pick up. The online payment was initially inaccurate and there was no indication that there was a problem until we picked up the truck. It took nearly an hour to process and pick up the truck and the drop of location hours were incorrect. There was no one on the grounds when we returned the truck during their listed business hours. Will use and recommend a competitor should we ever need to move again, regardless of price difference.BARRY D.

This location was way out of our way, there were several that we passed going to it and there was no one there even though it was 2 pm on Saturday. I called the number and was told just drop it there and he would check it in when he came in the next day or 2.Tanya B.

I've dropped off 4 trailer rentals to him and it's always a pleasure speaking to him and he always makes sure my return is checked in in a timely manner. On my last trailer rental we got a flat tire, but Ken made sure we were checked in correctly! I'd highly recommend his u haul location!Justin M.
I reserved a trailer, pick up location and price with U-Haul, and was sent a contract for that agreement. I ended up having to pick up the trailer a full 30 minutes further way, and it cost me $50 over what I was quoted. Clearly U-Haul doesn't consider their contracts binding.Brett B.

As this was my first rental, I spoke with the owner of the drop off site a few times. He was friendly and professional and the process worked exactly as he described. Since it was after business hours drop off, the â€œcorporateâ€ office staff were friendly and courteous, as well.Ellen S.

Agent was helpful but initial truck was not in good shape - some problem with the steering that we noticed immediately upon driving it off the lot. We returned and were given a different truck that was in much better shape. However, we were not given a new "contract'. The fuel for the first truck was "full" and the agent made sure to tell us to fill it to full before returning it. However, we didn't end up driving that truck far. It wasn't until we pulled out with the second truck that we realized that the second truck was not full. I called the agent who just said to get it to the same level it was at when we picked it up. My memory was that it was at 1/4 tank - we were not given a new "contract" that showed the fuel levels. I did not realize that that piece of paper was so integral. It caused problems upon drop off to not have it. Again the agent was helpful. It was the poor shape of the first truck that began problems for us. I just wish we had been explained how important it would be to hang on to the contract for drop off - during a move a ton of things are going on and it is easy to not have that piece of paper easy to locate.Ken K.

My rental was a difficult one. The U-Haul store was suppose to be open until 5pm, but I was told that I had to be there by 2:30 pm to pick up my rental truck. This was the only issue I had with this rental. I also returned the truck with much more fuel than I started with. I was completely inconvenienced by the early closing time !
