The location was not clearly marked with signage. It is in the Moss Complex and there is a small key drop box next to the front doors of this complex. The yard where there were two trucks, was not mark as being that of U-Haul. It's only apparent because of the trucks themselves. I could not find the location and the young lady went out of her way to guide me to the building. The gentleman who come out to help me, unhooked the trailer and was very polite and friendly. There are no lights in the parking area for the trucks/trailers.David R.

Truck was not at the location when we got there. There wasn't anything around that looked like a U-Haul rental store. A woman finally pulled into the parking lot and gave us a story about someone else had it but couldn't drive it. She took us 3 blocks away ( and it was in a real bad part of town besides) people standing on sidewalk watching us. Truck was not cleaned out, cab had French fries on the floor and seats were dirty. Nothing was checked over and ready for us to take it. I don't recommend anyone to go there. We did have to take precautions to protect our selves because the whole situation felt like a setup to us.Kevin D.

This location was very unprofessional. Store was closed during business hours. I had an reservation for 4pm. Had to wait until 4:45 pm for someone to arrive to give me keys to truck. The trucks ramp on back did not pull out. Dolly didn't have straps. It smelled like cigarette smoke in the truck. I paid damn near 100.00 dollars and my service was crappy.Tamika A.

oh my word, what a cluster UHaul is becoming. Today I called and made a reservation for a car hauler. Went to pick it up and no car hauler. Asked to change it to a car dolly oh no it has to be the car hauler Uhaul employee. They called and informed someone they did not have a car hauler. We were then told we would get an email of where to go pick it up in the neighboring state. Still waiting for this email. Went back inside and asked for the new pick up address preceding to new location. Well no car hauler and no one in the office. Called and lady answered and said she was on her way. once she got there we unhooked the car dolly and hooked it to our truck(employee was clueless). EMPLOYEE said we could drop it off anywhere. We returned the car dolly asked for the difference in the price for the car hauler and the car dolly they did make a phone call. Have not seen the credit yet. I also reserved a trailer less than a week ago and it took over an hour to get it picked up. But the inconvenience and time that UHaul caused today should have a credit be remitted and a credit should be forth coming. The male representative at this location is very rude and unprofessional. I would not recommended this location to anyone. My account was red listed after a direct lie from this male representative. I asked to pay for the truck for 2 days bc my load was going to require a 2day moving process. He told me over and over again it was ok don't worry about it, just put the keys back in the drop box. During the morning of my move I received callas and texts all but accusing me of refusing to return their truck. Professionalism and honesty is def not a priority with this gentlemanMechelle M.

The lady running it was fantastic and tried her best to deal with what Uhaul sent her. We asked for a Sunday pick up and the Uhaul website should not have allowed us to chose her location as apparently she is not open Sundays!!! But she came in just to accommodate us!!! We ordered blankets and a utility dolly (neither of which was available at her location. She rummaged up 3 blankets and a furniture dolly which we appreciated greatly as no dolly at all would have been terrible. I just wish the main Uhaul site was more accurate and sent me where my needs would be best suited. Not the first time I had issues with the pick up not being accurate because the 1-800 or website sent me to a place that didn't fit my requests!Dawn D.

Catalytic converters were stolen off all UHaul's so the UHaul was so noisy, backfired, & putted the entire time. This should've been mentioned when they called to confirm my reservation but they waited until I showed up. The truck barely had 1/4 of tank of gas in it. I barely made it to destination. I also request a dolly & was charged for one. No dolly was on the truck. Location was supposed gonna open later but when I got back roughly 2hrs later they were already closed. There's no way this location should be renting out UHauls with missing catalytic converters & a tea spoon on gas.JANET A.

I made my reservation on line for one location. I then received an email the morning I was picking up the truck informing me I was now picking up the truck at a location 30 minutes away from the location I reserved. To top it off, when I called the new location, they told me they didn't have a truck for me. I had to call uhaul to see what happened. The girl I spoke with had the attitude that she really didn't care if they messed up my reservation and actually tried to blame me for YOUR mistake! I ended up having to drive 20 extra miles to pick up a truck that was much larger than what I reserved. End result, you wasted a lot of my and energy trying to get to the bottom of YOUR MISTAKE And costing me in gas because of the much larger truck. Bottom line, the entire experience was not good and I would not recommend U-Haul to anyone. I had people depending on the truck and you were unable to deliver what was promised. We were rescheduled to pick up our truck at 7:00am. Then the online 24/7 Truck Share told us to wait until they opened at 8. We waited until 9am, and no one showed up to the location. Only not giving 1 star because through, 3 hours of phone calls, someone connected us to the regional manager, and he brought us a key 3.5 hours after our pick up time.Erick B.

I will never use U-Haul again.... let me tell you why: so started off with picking up the U-Haul. The lady was 30mins late. Started off saying she didn't have the size van we wanted (which was the only reason we went to this location). We ordered a 20'. She apparently only had a 10' or 15'. So we went with the 15' cause we were already running late. Went out to unlock the truck... realized she gave us the key to the smaller one. Went back inside her smoke shop where she does her U-Haul business. And turns out the bigger truck was a 20' the entire time. She was terrible. Didn't know what truck she had. Kept telling us it wasn't her fault. And giving us attitude, like it was our fault for ordering a U-Haul. Very unprofessional. But she said she would try to fix it...another 30mins later of just standing there. She said she can't do anything because the entire U-Haul system shut down! The website. The app. The phone number. Nothing was working. So we left with our tiny truck. We're running extremely late because we had people waiting on us that we're helping us move. We ended up having to take multiple trips with the U-Haul truck because it was so small. Driving double the miles and spending a lot more money. And then we couldn't even turn in the truck because the app and phone number still weren't working. So overall absolutely TERRIBLE experience. I will never ever use U-Haul again. The operator of the location was not open when I arrived. It took some time to reach her. She explained her blood pressure was high and was not coming in. She stated she had transferred the contract, yet nothing was relayed to me or changed on my order. Finally she agreed to come in, open her store up, and get us the truck. The customer service at this location is amazing! U-Haul is the problem. The corporate company does not support the local people they pay to distribute their equipment. I received a call from u-haul the day before my scheduled pickup and they directed me to online check in at this location. However, u-haul sends online pickup customers to this location that is not set up for online pickup, without letting the location owner know before hand. This resulted in me having to call this person early on their day off, so they could come to the store and check me in. She made the process incredibly easy, but shouldn't have been required to check me in at all. U-Haul needs to work with their distributers and provide them with more support so they are able to do what is asked of them.LINDSEY P.
