There should be an incentive to customers who patiently wait 2 hours for a rental vehicle they booked in advance. As well as a way for the location to notify uhaul that a customer is waiting or has been waiting 2 hours for the vehicle they rented to be brought back. As i was waiting at the location i was receiving texts messages saying if i didn't pick up my rental it was going to be cancelled. I get the truck at 1245 (rental was for 10-2) and 15 minutes later im texted that its due back in an hour by 2:00. To make matters worse i needed to have my storage unit empty by noon or id be charged $290 for another month. I only needed the truck for a futon that was left in the unit, that wouldn't fit in my car..I call uhaul and its a 45minute wait. Ridiculous..i don't feel i should have had to pay at all for this rental bc if i would've rented a truck anywhere else i would've had my storage unit emptied in time and i wouldn't have had to pay another month($290) for a storage unit i no longer have. There needs to be better policies in place to protect the customer from having to pay for the negligence of other customers who cant return on time.

Ordered furniture pads with a truck rental and they were missing. Was using mobile pick up, cause location was closed on our moving day. Had to call customer service number and was offered $5 refund. Wow. And what about the reimbursement for a major inconvenience it created, cause we needed the pads to protect our furniture during moving?! The customer service representative told me that regional manager will call me the next day and that they will give me $25 refund. No one ever called. Received an email that they refunded me $5. Seriously. Also it was unclear where exactly to drop off the key at the location (into the slot in the door or put into the box that says Uhaul). Oh, and the cargo area of the truck wasn't swept well at the pick up, had dirt and leaves (have pictures).

Ask owner to be a little more specific about how mobile pickup and drop-off should work. First time UHaul renters will find that information very helpful

The uhaul rental had cat pee in the back. The whole uhaul smelled so strongly of urine my contracted movers would not put my items in it for fear they would be ruined. I contacted the location to switch out trucks and they were extremely rude and advised me the truck had been used recently and there were no issues reported. They were not willing to switch out trucks or help resolve the issue. When asked if I could return for a refund they advised me I would be charged for the whole time of reservation and that I would have to call uhaul regional to try to get a refund. Awful experience.

Everything was great until I returned the truck and did the mobile return. I was charged $20 because YOUR online system failed at the very end of the process. Good thing I remembered the combo to return the key to the box I got it from because there was no uhaul key drop location.

when I made the reservation, I asked for a furniture dolly, only to be told when I get there, they didn't have the dolly! If I was notified ahead of time I would have looked for it elsewhere! They sdidn't seem to think it was a big thing, but when I was moving stuff, I wasn'rt a happy camper! I will look elsewhere when I think U-Haul, not satisfied at all, including final price! ill nor recommend this service from this dealer in the future

Horrible website/coordination with back end traffic management. The website steers you to available equipment times and locations. Then when you select your truck/location, the confirmation email reassigns you to a new location. Happened twice on this move, I had to delay my move, and with the hurricane remnants moving in, I could have placed in a life-threatening situation. I understand that sometimes, equipment doesn't return as anticipated so you are forced to reassign trucks/locations. This reassignment, however is occurring at point of sale. I am going to have attorneys look into bait and switch class action if I do not hear your high level corrective action plan that includes a timetable for detailed correction plan development by October 1, 2021. There were several dents, scuffs and tears in the decals not previously noted. Because WaWa wanted to hold $75 on the government issued for unemployment card they take and uhaul doesn't, I had to find the funds to fill up the gas tank elsewhere causing me to be less than a half hour late where no one was waiting to use the truck that was apparently “waiting for another family.” When I got the truck, I had to clean it because something was spilled all over the door. I used my money and time to clean it and U-Haul repaid me by slapping me with a $50 late fee I what I'm assuming that separate charge is for. Never again! Budget offers much cheaper rates and cleaner vehicles. I noted it sounds like it needs oil and zero concern was given towards that info. Robbery in my book to charge such astronomical rates.

I picked the van up from Kelly's Worldclass Automotive, and it was a very quick and easy process. I dropped it off "after-hours", and did the online drop-off, which was again, very easy. You just needed to take a few pictures, confirm some info, and drop keys off. Very easy process!

I spent the first 45 minutes trying to figure out how to even get the key. i called the support line and the regional manager seemed very annoyed with helping me on the phone. the truck was very clean and worked fine. i made the appointment a couple weeks in advanced and two days before they called and said my size truck and the type of dolly i asked for werent available and they could give me a bigger truck and different dolly. thats totally fine. i showed up that day with no dolly and just a note. I was still charged for a dolly though and no one has gotten back to me about getting it taken off my bill. i had to go rent a dolly from somewhere else which also took up more of my 4 hour time limit so by the time i got home to load up the truck i only had 2 hours left on my rental.

Actually have the uhaul in the location it was reserved in. I got to the location and tje manager told me he had no vans for atleadt 2 months. When I called uhual they said the closet closet location was limmerick.ehich was 20ilrs easy from where I was. I called found there was actually a location 5 miles from where I was. Through the week I had trouble I lost or left my card at uhaul location , I couldnt tetrievemoney for my apartment or any of my moving moving expenses. I couldnt return the uhaul on time because I couldnt get in the apartment nor could I get into a storage center. I was threatened on Monday by the uhaul representative in limmerick. I would never use uhaul again

I could not access the lock Box it took me one hour when I did there was nothing inside none of the rented equipment was in the truck I had to go to another location and pay again for it. The movers I hired thru u-haul were no show I had to hire someone else same day and pay and pay extra money for that. I had to make extra runs because of a smaller truck than the one I had ordered 5 weeks ago... All in all the worst experience I've had moving and I will not recommend uhaul. In fact I'll make it my mission to make sure none of my friends or family ever use u-haul for their rentals and especially moving people. I need to be reimbursed for the equipment that was not there and I was charged for also some extra mileage removal would be nice.

Truck cab was a little dirty/dusty. Mobile pick up and drop off is not easy to use and the website logged me off multiple times in the return process. I also ordered furniture pads and was never given them but still charged.

This is probably more of a criticism of U-Haul than Kelly Automotive, but the U-haul app shouldn't allow me to reserve equipment and supplies if none are available at the location. I had to scramble to buy supplies and it set my whole moving schedule back.
