Original drop off location was gagon Asian market on st.clair, waited I'm line while she took orders on phone and rand up customers in line just to get to my turn when she said "you have to wait 20-30 min I gave to cook" immediately called uhaul customer service to complain because I had to pay an extra hr wait time now for my taxi(taxi was booked for 3 hrs to get back to fort erie) had to pay overtime now for taxi. She came back and just told me " can't help cooking go to other place". The taxi took me to grand Ave hotel which were fantastic friendly oeople. They took truck no problem and in under 10 min.Micelle C.

We had a 6 am scheduled pick up and had to stand outside for over an hour waiting for someone to help us. The pick up is not available for 24/7 service yet it's advertised as so. When we finally got on the road we hit a torrential downpour and water leaked all over the driver through the seat belt hole. There was napkins pushed in the passenger one so we assume this has already been an issue yet the truck was available to rent when it clearly had a previous leak.MELISSASUE T.

When someone book for a particular size of truck and you don't have it available, please do well to inform the customer ahead of time so he/she can decide on next step. Don't force your available size o n the customer. I booked for 15' truck and 26' truck was forced on me at point of pick upJonathan E.

Very easy to do online for picking up and dropping off. Only issue i had was that the guy at front desk wanted my license when i did everything online. After i told him 3 times that i did everything online he finally listened and looked up the order and gave me the key!Randy L.

Did not receive the furniture pads with my order. Staff did not seem knowledgeable about Uhaul. Keep in mind that this is a motel so they are busy with their guests; if you are on a time limit I would suggest choosing somewhere else.Camille B.
The gentleman from which we rented a u truck was really kind and seemed experienced, and the price was fair.ERNESTJ L.
Very poorly run. Truck wasn't ready. Had to remove sign from the windshield myself. Rush to get me out the door because they had to drive their daughter to university. Did not explain anything about the truck operation. Did not do a walk around. There was damage to the truck that was never brought to my attention. I told the gentlemen behind the counter that I needed the truck an additional 4 hours above the 24 hour rental. He did not document this. therefore i had to try and get scheduling to change it, and they couldnt do it. So I am not happy and probably not rent from UHaul again. Very very disappointed in the service. Will not recommend.Dan C.

If you tell someone your going to give their deposit back that day make sure you inform them it wont be given back until 3 to 5 days later! This is covid nonone can afford to have 125 dollars help up when you take your payment right away yet cant give the money back for how many days!Amber D.
I reserved and registered before picking up so there's no touching of my cards.get there and he asked me to take a pic of drivers license again.so i upload then told me it didn't work so he did it too.Did not work,had to call uhaul to help me.over an hour's wait to just get in it,disappointed.Albert M.
