The weather was rainy and the trailer was located in a muddy yard. Hooking the unit up was really uncomfortable due to the mud and water puddles.

I reserved a trailer about 2 weeks in advance. When the time came, I was informed there were no trailers available in Omaha. Had to drive 80 miles (40 miles each way) out of the way to get it. Checked my account online and their website listed Quebec Canada as my pick up location. Each time I tried calling the company, I had to wait on hold for 20 minutes.
