It was not this location but Uhaul National who failed. I cdd as led arranged for a larger truck. When I arrived at this location, only a smaller truck was present. He called the National or regional desk but no larger one was available in buffalo area. I believe the call center failed.Charles W.

This particular trailer needs a jack option to support it when it's not hitched. I took it to a farm market to sell my pies and every time I stepped into the back to get product, the front end flipped up sending my product sailingjanet S.
problem with U-Haul itself.. I was at the site after 4 pm and U-haul had me return what I rented before 24 hours was up.. I thought it was 24 hour rental.. like the physical place that I rented ..got a problem with uhaul itself..susan P.

The location was fantastic!!! No complaints at all. EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED IN UHAUL AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! I HAD A "GUARANTEED RESERVATION" APPARENTLY MONEY IS MORE IMPORTANT TO UHAUL THAN CUSTOMER SERVICE SINCE MY "GUARANTEED RESERVATION" WASNT THERE. YOU SENT IT ON A ONE WAY! YES I GOT THE SMALLER TRAILER RATE. GEE THANKS. I CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE LADY BOOKED ME A NEW TRAILER FOR THE DAY. IN LOS ANGELES!!!!!!!!!!! I'M IN BUFFALO NEW YORK!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! YOU COST ME MORE MONEY IN INSURANCE AND IN GAS SINCE THIS TRAILER IS CONSIDERABLY LARGER AND HEAVIER. I'M SURE THE ADDED WEAR ON MY VEHICLE WILL COST IN THE END TOO I WILL MAKE SURE EVERYBODY I KNOW HEARS LOUD AND CLEAR ABOUT MY EXPERIENCE. I AM NOT EVEN SORT OF PLEASED. Lift handle for trailer was broken off/missing. Made it difficult to lift and attach it to tow vehicle. No help was provided by the person on duty. Also, the receipt should be more detailed--I paid upfront for extra days, but didn't realize it was not detailed on the receipt. As a result the drop-off dealer tried to re-charge me for the extra days I had already paid for.Paul W.

Well to start they told me i was picking my truck up 5 min away. Then changed it to 30 min away. Called customer service, spoke with Theresa. Explained why i was mad. She fed me some BS about scripts which i work off of myself. Then she asked WELL ARE YA GONNA RENT THE TRUCK OR NOT. Rather than trying to fix my problem she got an attitude and basically did nothing for me. Then i tried to use the app to schedule an earlier pickup because the place i was getting the truck from was opening @10am when i was trying to move at 830. Called customer service cuz the app sucks and they told me someone from corporate or the guy i was renting the truck from(who was a suuuuperr nice guy i have nothing bad to say about this guy. He offered to give me the truck a day early for free because uhauls customer service sucked so bad but the snow kept me from getting there after work) was going to call me regarding the issue. They didnt. So i got the truck at 10. And the ONLY good thing that happened was some guy who runs their facebook gave me $50 off the truck after intold him i dodnt want $50 to use on a dolly or something. So yeah uhaul really sucks. Theresa needs training. And someone needs to fix this place.victor C.

The only employee available was a great guy, but he clearly did not know how to use the U-Haul system. I ended up helping him figure out what to enter in each field. When we got the truck and trailer, he was unable to help attach the trailer because he "had never done that before." Finally, there was some paperwork that he forgot to give to me.Corban M.

Problem was less with the location than the fact that it was the third location after my preferred location - no equipment at first and referred to second; at second wrong equipment (truck too big for me), third location 30 miles away had one truck with a passenger door that had difficulty closing. All in all, a bad experience.Daniel H.
