He dropped off keys and the place was closed in a Sunday night not even due until Monday morning and got charged a fee. I think that's a bit ridiculous.

ROBERTRAY A.I selected a different location to pick up, and while there's nothing Larry's can do about that I wasn't very happy to have to drive 30 miles in the fresh ice and snow because UHAUL changed my pick up from the location 2 miles away. Larry's Ken Tenn Auto was very professional and accommodating. They had the uhaul warmed up and running the all the snow scraped off.

Finally, Canceled online reservation an rented a 20 foot truck, which costs more, just to get a truck to make a scheduled move. worst experience with Uhaul over many years and rentals

PRESTON P.Truck was not available at the location in Hickman, Ky. I was sent to Fulton, Ky to pickup the equipment we reserved. No one called me and informed me of the pickup location change. Now I have to pay more because the equipment wasn't available as reserved in Hickman, Ky. This is wrong and should be corrected.
