Attached to an auto repair shop, this UHaul business is sadly neglected. The door was locked, they were unable to perform the technical portions of the reservation and pick up. It took three tries to upload my driver license. It took 2 people to read my credit card number. The truck was delivered with about 1/4 tank of gas. When we got up the next day to return the truck, we had to jump start it. Mileage was more than 1000 miles off and we had no way to know until we got home because they were unable to print it when we picked up. He emailed it.

Unfortunately 6 weeks after I returned a uhaul truck my credit card was charged an additional $470 for going 700 miles over my limit of 120 miles in a truck that I picked up 5pm from one location .. drove at most 80 miles and returned to drop off location at noon the next day but the receipt they sent me 6 weeks later said it was returned at 5 pm the next day. Also my husband filled the truck up with gas right before we dropped it off. However I was also charged for a full tank of gas because they said it was empty. I had to speak with 3 different people and was on the phone for almost 1 hour in order to try to resolve this ASAP. I finally spoke with a young lady named Jasmine who quickly reversed the charges. Then several minutes later my card was charged $330 for the same rental because Daniel Rogers “the person in charge” whom no one was able to contact by phone was working on my complaint at the same time as Jasmine. The second email receipt removed the gas charge but still charged me for 700 miles. Fortunately Jasmine reversed the charges again and Daniel finally sent me a email receipt stating my balance was $0. Do not return your Uhaul to the Ringgold location- very frustrating.. if you do take pictures of the truck and mileage and how much gas was in the tank when you return it and make sure you get your email receipt shortly after the rental to make sure you agree with all charges. Very thankful for Jasmine and her assistance.

Very unprofessional location. Felt unsafe and took over two hours to get our truck. Vehicle had not been cleaned inside. The wrong gas amount was noted on our paperwork when compared to the actual gauge in the vehicle. Overall a very unpleasant experience.

The office was dirty and smelled of smoke. The man was smoking when I walked in. He wanted to have a conversation instead of doing what was needed to get us the UHaul. The gas gauge in the computer said half tank but the truck only had 1/4 tank. He did not know how to change it so it would be correct when I dropped it off.

Gentleman there tried to help, he called his local manager several times to get help but no one would answer. Truck was dirty inside and out. Pick up location was changed last minute. Was supposed to had 38 miles on rental but was charged mileage
