if there is a way to guarantee that not only the truck but also the equipment will be available from your reservation, I think that would be a good thing to do. When I got there the man at the desk said they didn't have the two furniture dollies I reserved.Peter B.
Everything was great except the cleanliness inside the cabin. We found juice bottles and the part of the cabin was sticky and stained. We removed the trash before taking off. It was obvious the cabin was not cleaned between usersGABRIELE F.

I initially booked a truck online at a different facility (78 Zion Park Rd Troy, VA 22974). Planned for app-based pickup, but when I arrived the truck I'd rented wasn't there. After being passed between 3 different U-Haul reps on the phone, I was eventually re-booked at 21 Burns Plaza (they have been my go-to through the years). As usual, they were excellent and luckily had the size truck I needed. The reservations mixup online reveals some sort of software/process flaw that needs to be fixed.MARKSTEPHEN P.
The only complaint that I have is that I wanted to rent it just one way. I was moving my daughter into an apartment an hour away. It cost me twice as much to have to bring it back and return it and then if I had dropped it one way. It just wasn't an option because apparently the truck was rented for the next day to someone else. Also, the person who rented ahead of me was an hour late dropping it off so that delayed my time an hour and I feel like I should have been compensated in some way for having to wait an extra hour to get my truck. This is the second time I've rented from this location in the past month and the people are very nice and I've not had any problems other than that.DEBRASUE F.

Change the cars oil so it stops displaying the message to the driver. Also, approve the rental with all the information that is taken prior to the customer arriving on a tight schedule in the 100 degree heat, only for Uhaul to ask for the same information again and make the customer wait unnecessarily to be approved and waste their time. Advertising is also false, the total rental cost me $80, which is still reasonable, but don't advertise it as $19.95. Hidden fees don't instill trust in a company. Overall my rental experience was rather annoying but it still got the job done. I don't know if I will be a repeat customer for my business needs.Marcus B.
