Had a real hard time confirming a truck . Tried to reserve 2 months ago and was told there may not be a truck for me at this destination and that i might have to go 45 minits outof town to get the size i wanted . Moving is hard enough without going out of my way to accomodate your Bussiness . This is supposed to be about the customer ithought . Sheri at lorentz kitchens was excellent and very helpfull . Would use her skils before i would use the skills of your sales manager . Was very stressfull trying to make sure i had a truck and ive rented many of your trucks before but never have ihad a problem like this. Veryunhappy and if i can find another rental company i will use them next time i move . Nothing personal but was very stressed using your bussiness . Should not be that way but it was .GEOFFREY M.

I was charged $27.12 for fuel the fuel gauge in the photo sent on my bill shows a tank 1/2 full the photo I took of the dash shows a tank 3/4 full which is what I had when I picked it up. I will send a copy with my invoice. I was also very unhappy with the fact that I was told to return the truck by 8:00 and when delivered there was no one there. I had initially asked for the truck to be returned after 12pm but my initial request did not appear.SERGIO L.

Learn how to use the computer to get me my truck. I waited 1.5 hours past my pick up time due to computer troubles. While the truck I'd be renting was in the lot. The computer troubles she said was due to her wanting to get her commission. It was a lady named Kim.cassandra F.
Unfortunately, the employee with whom I interacted at this location to process the return of my one-way rental truck decided to swindle me out of a $20 + tax "convenience fee". The fee is only to be charged for after-hours returns, so the employee entered my return time into the system as later than it actually was. This is fraudulent and I have filed a complaint with U-Haul. I will also be disputing the charge.Patrick R.

No one at location to speak with. Didnr have proper communication to get keys from lockbox so had to call U-haul traffic and go through verbal process. Ended up taking 30 minutes to get the vehicle when it was supposed to have been much shorterDale R.
Sheri went above and beyond all our expectations. She must have sacrificed a lot of energy and personal time to make sure that we had a truck in Stratford and in time. At first, there were no trucks available and we were going to have to go all the way to Woodstock, but Sheri used her connections and found a truck from a different city and made sure that it was there in time as promised. She is very efficient and professional, and she shows extreme personal interest. We would definitely recommend renting a truck from Lorentz Kitchens. Get employees trained properly .Dont give out trucks with roofs that leak!! And if you have locations that have equipment that doesnt work such as debit or credit work with your customers.I was supposed to pick up a truck in kitchener they didnt rwserve it properly so there was no truck i got sent to stratford and had nothing but problems with picking up a truck i didnt get it to kitchener until 545. I ALMOST FORGOT there debit was down so we had to go to a bank and pay cash and leave a deposit.I was told i was given a discount but had to take an old 26 foot bus and pay for fuel from stratford to kitchener when we could have used a 15ft. Missed a delivery cost me another 40 in fuel do to uhaul empoyees errors.Then drove to Merlin Ontario and paid another 80 in fual only to find my personals wet from rain .Dropped vehicle in tilbury did not fill it and im furious with the bullshit service and loss of money and wrecked propertySHERRIL W.
