I ordered a dozen furniture pads with the trailer. When I picked uo the trailer there were no pads. I found another uhaul dealer in town who had pads but then had to go through the whole process again for the pads. The original dealer who did not have the pads was at Lanes Bridge rd.

Issues with pickup. Manager not eager to help in the least, and then complains. Problems not with U-Haul equipment or company itself. Please have this location train ANYONE ELSE to manage this department of this multi faceted location.

You can make your employees more aware of a situation when a customer arrives. They should also not be lazy, and they didn't want to unload a trailer/dolly just because their hands are dirty. They should also be nicer to customers paying almost 300 dollars for a run down dolly that sounded like it was going to fall apart every time we were driving it. It was also absolutely dirty when we received it, and then it was up to us to clean it even though we didn't even do it. So next time I hope we're greeted with smiles and not dirty looks and accusations on what we do wrong; although, we did above and beyond after taking it to a car wash after they were rude and pushy.

The rental price could have been a little less expensive and unhaul should offer an unlimited mileage package. But other than that my overall experience was very good.

The trailer tongue was on the ground. It was very hard to lift and put on the receiver ball. I really strained my back and I'm not a weak man. I was raised to help people. I feel like the guy who did the paper work could have at least helped put the trailer on and made sure the connections were properly done.

The clerks in the store had not been properly trained. Individual knowledgeable of the process finally had to come in for reservation process. When we went in to ck truck out, clerk had to call him and he was instructing her over the phone. Rightfully so she was flustered but did everything within her ability yo help us. After over 30 minutes she completed the paperwork and data entry necessary. As I said, not her fault whatsoever. Training apparently had not been given as needed. I commend her in the manner she handled this situation with professionalism and kindness.
