The processing time took way too long and it cut into my reservation time. I would never return to that location or never recommend a friend.

I was upset that there was no ramp which made our move 75% harder then it was. I did not know that only a 15 van has a ramp. Please next time highlight that fact because i was stressing very hard.

The delivery office wasnt helpful didn't explain anything or check the truck just checked the mileage. Didn't walk me through the check on process.

Be sure of the business hours of the off site location, I was book to pick-up truck at 8:00 am but u-haul associate comes in at 10:30 am, wasted our time and need to start over again, u-haul associate also needs to be aware that if truck is not returned on the promised date it means that it is still being used.

Not allowed to park truck in parking lot, which was okay. Told to park truck behind strip mall on street. Not one vehicle on street as posted for No Parking on street Mondays for street sweeping. Went back inside to clarify...they said leave it on street anyway. Kind of uncomfortable with that.

It took 45 min for the checkout process even after reserving everything online beforehand. I also declined insurance coverage and was charged for it. Truck only had a 1/3 tank of gas when I rented. Not a good experience.

When I arrived the young lady never greeted me, she was helping someone else never said a word to me while I was waiting on her to fill out an application for someone else. Also they said the fuel wasn't put back to where it was when I picked up the U-Haul when I parked the truck the fuel was at the same level i from when I picked it up. Also I was charged for an extra day that I was told I wouldn't get charged for.

I was overcharged $20. For moving blankets which I never received and the gas level was in correct overcharged again and not able to be given a receipt at time of return
