The app on my phone wouldn't work and it said please contact a CSR and then your call centre was too busy to answer. I then waited 30 min and then used digital chat Who then took 10 min to tell me to call the call centre again. Wasted 40 min of my time. Lady on the phone didn't care that the app didn't work for odometer, told me to leave. Location was friendly and proper. I would use this location again if I had to.OSEN N.
This was my third effort to secure a rental. Also my second transfer of booked location to a different location 25kilometers away no where near immediate city of Stratford that has a population of greater than 32,000 VS Baden 4,500. Only to find wiring harness damaged beyond use. The facility refused to provide me with a appropriate replacement and forced me to purchase one. No assistance was offered or supervision made that trailer is safely hooked up. My transaction was constantly interrupted to clients wishing to make Convenience Store item purchases such as pop, fuel, propane etc. Very poor customer service with intimidation to cancel my booking for a trailer. I'm very disappointed in this complex disorganized and out come to discover/repair trailer not fit or safe to be roadworks. My expectation is that Uhaul will rectify these issues a address them with appropriate parties. Supply local city of Stratford for its size with at least 2 locations with a 5x9 open trailer to be available for local rental in a size of city deserving a Uhaul facility. Offer me free rental opportunities for the next year.ANTHONIEC H.

We booked a 9 ft cargo van for 8am Saturday June 12th. When I arrived at the location ( out of our local area) it was not there and I was told we couldn't get that vehivle until 2:15pm. This is not what we booked. I had to upgrade a vehicle size bigger, a 10ft cube van. I asked if we could still get the kilometre rate that was applied to the smaller vehicle and was told by the local vendor he would do what he could. When I returned that evening. I asked again if would be given the discounted rate for kilometreage and he said yes. When I received the bill it was at the higher rate for the bigger vehicle. I am disappointed in the servcie we have received. I have made a compalint and have not heard anything back. I am very frustrated by this lack of customer service! I will tell people about this and why I wouldn't recommend UHaul. Thank you Don DingwallDONALD D.

We were not advised until an email that the pick up and drop off location was changed. I called the day before the rental and was advised that a regional supervisor (Andy?) would contact me to discuss the situation, and he did not. This change in location not only extended the move day by over an hour but also increased mileage costs...... unacceptable. We will not be renting from uhaul againJEFFREY M.

This location has nothing to do with my complaints. The company itself is garbage , I helped two families move this weekend and for both moves we had trucks " confirmed " in your system and then when they were to be picked up it was double booked so we couldn't get a truck. I had to put my name in on this truck because the original mover was canceled on twice. I can confidently say I will never reccomend your company, I will highly suggest not using it. When my house sells there is not a chance I will consider using uhaulJEFFREYKEITH H.

I returned the trailer to Mars Convenience Saturday, April 25, having picked up the trailer on the 24th in Kanata. I entered the store, asked where to park it. I parked it, entered the store and asked the clerk what else I needed to do. "Nothing. All good." Then I was charged extra for keeping the trailer until April 28. I have written to express my concern and frustration over this extra charge. I have not heard back, but do not deserve this extra fee. I returned the trailer the same way I had the week prior to a different location. I have another rental this weekend. If I don't get better service, it will be my last with Uhaul.Allan M.
This is the second time I had issues with you. December 2019 I booked in advance and you guys did not have it when I went to pick up. You guys sent me to 3 more locations and not truck available. You offer me 50 dollars for the issues (I was not happy with it , but I say yes ) , but the money were not given at all ( second fail). Hopping that it was just a one thing Now I booked A truck with 1 month in advance and then I the day before I did the confirmation you guys give me a truck to pick up 1 hour away from the place I I choose. In order words your booking system is poor . And you credibility is not strong . Definitely I would not recommend you guys and I would not use you again n the future.William v G.
