Paperwork stated uhaul truck had 1/4 tank of gas-when i got in it-the gas gage was on the red E. The truck was beyond dirty-utterly filthy from inside the cab to the back cargo area-as well as the outside of the truck. Also the truck made a horrible noise when coming to a stop. Would not recommend this place at all.

What was horrible was the online check out and return. Dont email verification codes. It puts the user in a loop I had to use two phones. Also during return, the internet kept saying that my odometer was less than when I started so it looped me again. I finally called and the rep who was awesome, just told me to turn in keys and go. So I did. Text verification codes so I can stay in my email.

The guy who runs the desk had a hissy fit because we had to keep the truck an hour later than we had planned. He was rude to my husband about it and made it clear it was a major inconvenience to him, even though we just used the online check in tool. Moves don’t always go as planned—-a little flexibility is necessary if you want repeat customers

There was one young gentleman that was very helpful and came out to park the truck for me. Meanwhile the person at the counter was rude to my friend and yelled at the nice gentleman who came out to meet me. Wish I could give the first person 5 stars and the second only 2.

My reservation was canceled due to your site not updating proper information as it was changed days before. The guys at M.A.S Auto went out of their way to ensure that I was still able to get the truck and complete my move. Kudos to them in the highest regard. Fix your website.
