roman M.I had to drive to this location to pick up my truck. That is poor business. Asking people to spend three hours of their already fully booked moving schedule on picking up a truck they are paying $1500 to rent is inexcusable. They are your trucks to manage, and your employees to pay. Your company should have called me with a several hundred dollar discount when they told me the news.
Caleb S.uhaul is mismanaged company. i wish they have competition to set their minds right. perhaps competition will make them operate better. i booked a 26ft truck. despite it was available i was given a 10' truck and a trailer. when i went to pick up my equipment i found 26ft truck was available but i could not have it since lady on phone already had me registered for 10ft truck. i got 5-6 calls prior to pick up different agents calling me asking same questions. i hope uhaul get a competition so i dont have to book through uhaul again.
Fareeha Amber A.They entered in vehicles in wrong and told me couln't rent to me. The computer was to complicated for them. If you don't mind waiting over 30 minutes for them to do computer work it is ok. Also, they had not checked in uhaul (returned several months before) and had to deal with several calls back and forth between Meade Lumber and Uhaul, over 1 hour.
gordon W.I was given 3 location to return to take trailer to an took it to first location yesterday before noon. Tried to use text to check it in and would not let not let me. So was text option with Uhaul representative and she said to contact dealer this morning and make sure they had checked me in this morning since they were closed. Call phone that was in tested messages this morning and waited almost an hour before someone came on (say there was 20 minute wait) and I explained situation. She said I need to go back to Hereford, TX pick up the trailer and take it to Amarillo. I explained I had text to take to Hereford, the 2nd text said Dimmitt and the 3rd said to take it to Amarillo. Then she told me to call dealer in Hereford and pick up the trailer and take it to Amarillo and there would be extra charge for being late Conversation ended. In a short time receive call from another representative and this guy said it was fine just to make sure was checked in. I ended going back to Hereford (30+) miles away to pick trailer back and took it to Amarillo (another 45 miles +) and had it checked in. So another45+ miles back to Vega. The whole situation was bull. I should have been reimbursed for all the extra mileage. I didn't pay a late fee because i had text on phone to return to Hereford. Totally hacked by whole situation.
Alice G.Where the trailer was who was extremely muddy, but that was not their fault. The blankets we rented were musty and had Pebbles inside of them. Also the trailer itself ipayables or a light small grill or something like that all over the floor of the trailer. We rented two Dolly's but they only had one and said we could get it from another location if you wanted to and wanted us to pay for it.

Michael A.I think it's good but the only thang is that I fill out this comments box 2-3 a month and I have been asked if I want my picture on a trailer and I have send pictures and i have no results but it's ok , but if I'm not going to get my picture on one then don't send me this service survey , don't get me wrong I'm still going to rent your uhaul trailer cuz I like I said I like the service the trailer are in great condition and ready to use thank you
Moses A.My issue was pricing I received on-line. I had to drive nearly an hour each way to pick up the truck since there wasn't one in Perryton. Just an in town move. Was told it was $19.99 a day only to be charged $40.00 a day. I brought the truck back 45 minutes late and was charge for a full day. Very disappointed. I will never use UHaul again. Felt it was a bait and switch.

Angie D.The location and equipment was fine. However, the trailer I ordered and reserved was not at the location even after I confirmed by phone the day before that my order was there ready for pick-up. Luckily, another smaller trailer was available when I arrived.
Cynthia R.When we received the small pull behind trailer, it was completely caked with mud. I was actually embarrassed towing it. We were going to stop by a car wash and wash it, but since we were on a time crunch with moving we had to take it as is. Also the store told us they had a bigger trailer for us to rent then when we called the 800 number, we found out that wasn't the case and we only were able to get the smallest trailer. We actually ended up having to leave some of our stuff in storage since we had the smaller trailer, so now we will have to make another trip to get the rest of our stuff out of storage
