There was a big dent in side wall of trailer it wasn’t clean inside it also I didn’t get any help putting the trailer onto my truck,I pulled out my back and it’s still sore.there was not crank to take it up and down and it was frozen in parking lot. I wasn’t too happy and used them a lot

LEO GI reserved a 15 ft box truck at a different location. You moved my location to "guarantee availability " When we arrived, my truck was not there and we were told it was never there, and there was no plan for it to be there. I had to pay extra for a 20ft truck or be stuck with nothing. This has nothing to do with this location. This is an utter failure by U-Haul. Why should I pay for your lack of ability to provide the equipment that had a reservation for?

ALEJANDRO ZI was worried that I would go over miles and wouldn’t be able to return my U-Haul in time. I was told at pick up with the employee KNOWING my reservation was a one way to go ahead and add an extra day and add more miles, that if I didn’t use all the days/miles agreed upon I would get the difference back. Called customer service as I hadn’t received anything back yet, come to find out because my reservation was one way there’s no way for me to get my money back for the days/miles I didn’t use. I ended up spending double what I should have because of the employees at this location, If I would’ve known I would have changed the reservation to drop off at the same place to get my money back.
Gloria SI recently started using this location last year. I go just for the attentiveness, professionalism and customer service. The pricing is always decent & fair. I rented a truck & storage unit effortlessly and will be relocating my items securely to this location. James always makes this an enjoyable experience for my family.

She changed me for two dollys they did not have available, as well charged me for a extra day because she didn’t check the truck in until 3:30pm the afternoon after I gave her the keys in hand at 9am as she was arriving to work. When asked to correct the receipt she says I have to contact Uhaul directly she refused to correct her mistakes. Very shady & rude business practices

Asked and he called 30 & McArthur they also were full. He then said call 1800 Uhaul. I left and called that number, got customer service, then scheduling, who called the Beltline location, no answer. Drove there and it was mostly storage facility but he gave the best service of all. Dropped car transport at 108 Beltline in Irving, Mr Johnson, 5 stars to him.

When I questioned her about it she was very rude. But, to her defense, most uhaul employees have no clue to how to speak to customers and most have 0 customer service skills.

Ramiro RCOVID-19 caused a delay in my acquisition of the truck. The manager pushed my time back to 10:45, before we found out she had signed me up for the wrong truck, that also took time. It was 11:00am when I left, I should’ve called the manager to make that change on my contract.

Peter KThe person in the store location (after payment) made me leave the store while I waited on my ride so she could show a new customer a storage unit. This is in triple digit Texas heat. She could have let me stay in an air conditioned store she was gone less than 10 minutes and I just paid almost $300 for a rental return. Very rude and she didn’t offer me to re-enter when she returned. I’ll contact corporate!

Metroplex SRequested not to add Insurance and using my own insurance and the employee made a mistake adding that and couldn’t remove it the same day telling me she would take care of it after dropping off the truck,also she stated I have grace period 4-6 hours for drop off the Truck and I get charged for extra 24 hours.

Even when showing her that the paperwork states something different than she is telling me, she still refuses to listen and still charged me for gas that was put back at the correct level. I don't recommend Uhaul services to anyone from this day on. Very disappointed!
